  1. Hi Kona Kula, I should have frameset prices very shortly. Guys, let me know if you are interested in frames or bikes and especially what sizes, we may be able to get some models pre-season. A Hei Hei 2-9 or Kula Watt for Christmas? Look out for our kiddies bikes range too, us big kiddies are getting all the nice goodies so we thought we better find some truely cool bikes and trikes for the younger kids too! We should have all the details in our next newsletter so make sure you are signed up on our home page!
  2. Kewyn Pedals offer the best price/performance ratio out there. Kewyn started was making clipless pedals before Look even! Titanium axel with no weight limit. They can be convert to track spec for R77 . New cleats are R153.90 a set and last for ages with a huge contact area. All parts are available localy including the pedal body.   8. Hi Guys, The Kahuna and Big Kahuna share the same hydro-formed 7000 series frame but the Big Kahuna has a better spec.

  10. Hi Philip.Maree, The frame only prices and availability for the 2011 range haven't been released yet, but it looks like just about all models will be available as frame sets. I have the 2010 Kahuna/Big Kahuna fame in stock in 18" at the mo' and a complete bike at the office if you want to take a look. The one you are thinking of is the King Kahuna which was a little lighter being made of Scandium, same hydroformed tubing shapes and post mount rear disc brakes etc as the Kauhuna/Big Kahuna. For some reason it's not available in the 2011 range, I did double check. The 2011 Big Kahuna will be under R18,000.00 complete and we should be able to have it in stock at the end of December/Early January, may be a bit sooner!   16. Hi Guys, Just a reminder that the 2011 Kona range is now live at http://www.konaworld.com let me know what you think, PM with any questions etc! Not everything is available right away, but some bikes are available from next month so we can get much of the range in very soon! I'll be able to confirm prices very soon, I'm just checking shipping etc to make sure we are right because the prices look very good... Like they say on the website: "Lighter, faster, better spec and more bang for the buck..."

  20. Hi Scotty, Yes, there will be 20 and 22" 29ers, looks like complete bikes first and then framesets will be available.
  21. The Operator for example is going to be available in three levels from Freeride through to DH Race Ready. The Stinky and Bass jump/freestyle are back, better than ever. As soon as the new website is open to the public I'll let you know - tell us what you want and we will get it in!

  23. The Kona 2011 range will be officially revealed soon, there are some fantastic new models and some great updates to existing ones! There is some info out on the web about the Operator DH and a few other models, as soon as we have the go ahead I'll let you know about the others!
