  1. Use the motor to get to work without sweating. Pedal the heavy bike home for the workout. Or use the motor on a weekend to reach roads you wouldn't normally be able to and then enjoy your cycle there. Motor back home. I would love one but can't justify the expense. Wonder why they didn't go for a 500w motor though. Need to win the lotto!
  2. We need a new thread to discuss the how/when/where of buying an arcade machine [emoji106]
  3. Social media says the 2nd guy was also caught
  4. Not a pure bred and about 2,5 yrs when that taken. Weighs 40kg
  5. Think she used this one, may have shared before
  6. Time to boast. Wife submitted one of the pics of a Rottie diving into our pool to fetch ball in a competition which subsequently won a few chemicals, a lilo and a braaiing book. Given I suck at taking pics it must be the photogenic Rottie, so by definition she owns the lilo. Getting her to use it will be the summer project ...

  11. Same here through the Roku. Now starting to use Exodus on RPi so will see if it eventually replaces one or both of these
  12. Also good info in this thread Let me introduce KODI to you... https://www.bikehub.co.za/index.php?/topic/156750-Let-me-introduce-KODI-to-you%2E%2E%2E
  13. What a schlep! What bike did you use ?
  14. Too many wides and Faf should've tried KG or Dale earlier to break the 150 partnership.
  15. Agree with AB, Ash and QdK at top 3, no space for JP, rather keep RR and Miller with both all rounders. Competitive score here but I think we will struggle to defend it
  16. Think JP needs to make space for Ash to come into the team
  17. Pulling it back a bit ...
  18. With the Roku it is useful to search for private channels that were set up that you can activate on your roku. During rugby World Cup last year there was such a channel that showed all the games live and for free
  19. In my limited experience some of the free channels are free because they don't always work or have plenty adverts, so the irritation is to find multiple sources. As an example, Genesis is/was a very popular add-on for movies and series. But it is actually an empty shall that allows you to pick something you want to watch and then it gives you a number of sites that "should" have that stream. After struggling too much with that for sport, I went the ntv route and pay for my sport.
  20. I am no expert and found kodi.tv a useful website. Think of Kodi as your operating system. You then load add-ons (think often as programs). Each add-on like ntv has a number of channels that you can watch. Some you pay for, like you mentioned ntv. It gives more than DSTV at half the price. Other add-ons are free, but not always reliable or of good quality. Same as with apps you get free for your smartphone, some are good and some ridiculous. Free add-ons that work well are Genesis (movies and series) but no longe maintained so will start having dead links. Replace with Exodus. Other useful ones include Filmon and cCloud. Some baked channels like YouTube can be linked to Kodi, Internet radio etc. I have not yet manage to find an app for Netflix or Hulu on Kodi. CCloud has some sport and Sportsdevil is also popular. But search a specific event and Kodi and you are likely to find an add-on to use even if just for the duration of the event
  21. Also RPi2 with Kodi. Paying for NTV but occasionally use filmontv and have now started with exodus. Using a Roku3 for Hulu and Netflix. ADSL with unotelly in support. Idea is to move Roku to bedroom for wife but saving for a projector for lounge before I move the tv.
  22. No need to press a button.
  23. Yes, I am a ntv subscriber. Mostly for the sport though
  24. I must try this ..
  25. Now to read the manual(s) ... Enjoy, expect to see some quality pics of your rides ... No pressure!
