also ROAG is an online club so you dont actually ride with anyone or go to functions or anything its basically just to get your csa i guess.

hey man, yeah you need to join a club and pay membership, but ROAG is R50 membership and its pretty easy to sign up with them, www.roag.co.za first sign up as a member then pay to join the club. easy.

i have heard that from a few people about the alberton branch, however i have not experienced that at the bedfordview branch, guess its location, like some wimpys are shocking and others are fantastic.

so let me get this right, you didnt read the fine print and then you lost some points and now they are the worst brand in the world, um ok! for the most parts Discovery are efficient and worth the money, they offer more then most and their rewards are simply that, rewards, which if used properly and understood correctly are brilliant. Worth it i reckon, but thats my humble opinion and i respect yours.

Im planning on doing the one on the 12th of febuary, thing is i want to know if im going to die, this will be my second race ever and i would like to know how to prep myself i will only be doing the 30km, i ride often at Rietvlei farm and find it fantastic the first race i did was the Redstone 20km, any advice and WARNINGS are welcome

just joined planet fintessfitness, the bedfordview branch, im on Vitality and i paid R649 once off and R83 bucks a month, pretty damn decent if you ask me! infact had my first spin class this morning! WTF

just recieved my license, amazing service guys well done keep it up.

SERIOUSLY IMPRESSED just got an email from Raeleen saying she will see what she can do about speading it up, about 1o minutes after that i got an email from CSA saying that i have provincial approval. awesome.

ok so apparently my Provincial approval will come through on friday, because for some reason it needs to go through KZN and not Gauteng where i reside, anyway still impressed with the service.

ROAG apparently have over 20 000 members!

Ok so i just emailed my provincial affiliate Raeleen Stone, and literally in 3 minutes i got an extremely polite response asking me what club i am apart of and informing me that she will assist in anyway possible.

I must say i am impressed with the process, put in the application at 5:50pm yesterday afternoon and club approved my membership at 9:30 am this morning, now i await provincial approval, lets hope that this is easier for me then what most have experienced.
