Whats the 20" road bike valve tubes about?

Oko, is that the stuffs name. Are there other tubeless conversions than Stans. Thats R550 for two rims strips and a bottle of sealant - crazy!

I'm a roadie doing a bit of Mountain biking over the last few weeks. Love it. But I hate the flats. What's the best tyre sealant to use, and how much do you put in. I am currently using the green slime stuff, but I already had two flats...

Hi there guy's. Had a flat this morning (the one morning I didn't ride with an extra tube), and had to push the bike home. I have slime in my rubes, but it didn't work! So two Questions here. How long do this stuff last? And can I squeze out the old slime and put new ones in. Or do I have to buy a new tube. (buying a new tube is not the problem, it's just that the rims only take presta and the current valves can srew out, and our bike shop doesn't have screw out ones.) Thnx
