How long have you been riding? If you just started out any saddle will make your butt hurt. Your butt muscles first has to become firm, that takes time. At leat 3-4 weeks.

I love my fizik saddle. I use the arione. It's the best saddle I've ever used. i haven't had one ounce of trouble with it.

It's not rally that easy to say, you have to experiment. But I found moving my foot roward made a difference. But it was like 1-2mm. on the cleat.

I had the same problem. My solution was changing my cleat setup a bit at a time till I found the right setup.
