  1. If it gets wet the gripshifts are difficult to turn.
  2. Don't be a sissy now, train outside in the winter. Get yourself some decent kit and you'll be fine. We trained in -7 degrees last year and there's nothing like the feeling you get, thinking that other guys are on trainers or in the bed and you are on you're ride..

  5. I think this description says it all: The B17 is our flagship model, ideal for long distance sportive touring, trekking and atb use. It has been on the market for over 100 years, being featured in as early as the 1898 catalogue . The model is available for gents and ladies (B17 S) in different versions: the B17 and B17 S Standard feature black steel rails, the B17 Special features chrome plated steel metalwork, and the B17 Titanium ? Both the B17 Special and the Titanium also feature hand hammered copper rivets. Features: ? Width: 170mm ? Length: 280mm ? Weight: 410g This is not a XC saddle, this is a touring saddle. If you want to do the freedom trail get one of these.

He did tell my wife befoerehand what it would cost, and I suppose its fair and all, its just I am paying R4000 a month for medical aid and now I have to pay R900 cash. I am not sure who to be cross at but I suppose its the medical aid I have to blame. I just think that some of these doctors are riding the gravy train...
