Has anybody heard anything about the results at the grand prix yesterday?

Shoulder injuries takes a long time to heal. Crashed more than 2 years ago and damaged the tendons in my shoulder. Arm was in a sling for 3 weeks and rehab for 3 months. When i started physio i could not lift my arm higher than my waist. I had pain for about a year. I still tend to guard the shoulder because when i go for a back massage to take out all the knots, they always tell me that the other shoulder is much worse.

Williamson and Lewis finished Stage 2 in 17th position and were 18th overall, just under an hour behind leaders Kevin Evans of SA and Austria's Alban Lakata. The 722km race started in Wellington on Sunday and ends this Sunday at Lourensford Estate in Somerset West.

I say admin must put a system in place where they have to moderate the first 5 new posts of each member manually. That, or run the posts through a keyword checker that looks for stuff like "iPhone", "software", etc etc, for new members.

I did 2 applications within 5 - 10 min and no worries. I must be lucky. Last year i only go my license in August, and i received 3 cards at the end. We will see how fast it will arrive this year. I wish i can redo their site for them. *sigh*
