  1. lol ok from now on I will just state what is known. When the inevitable flaming occurs, I will tell you guys to learn French lol
  2. hehe I love the Plateau d'urineswitch
  3. lol a Colonel....excellent. If Rasmussen had a good excuse, he wouldnt have left the tour. His lie was exposed, and he knew it
  4. What do you mean you havent heard this one yet?. Try to hold the wheel at the back there please.....lol L'equipe July 25th - GERMAN TV SHOULD HAVE CALLED THE POLICE! Concerning the police search of the Astana hotel rooms, (last Tuesday in Pau after Vino was found positive for blood transfusions), the police should have made some strange revelations known to the team directors. Notably theone about Vino?s security arrangements, and the former ?bodyguard? of Lance Armstrong during his US Postal days, Serge Borlee. Theinvestigators should have warned police that journalists from TV channels ARD and ZDF had informed them that, the morning of the TT in Albi, they had seen Vino, early in the morning, climbing into a van with smoked glass windows, registered in Switzerlandon>, ( the one which awaited the Kazakh at the end of every stage). He was accompanied by a member of the team?.and whom they suspect of helping him perform blood transfusions. These samejournalists saw Vino return to his hotel, one hour later. Interrogatedon the subject on Tuesday by the authorities, the Belgian bodyguard denied having seen the Astana leader perform a transfusion. He was driving another van that morning, taking Iglinski to the TT start. =================================================== So thats OK then lol Irishj92007-07-26 07:05:38
  5. LOL !!!! If Contador is gay ( and thats his business only) then what are we to make of the rest of the peloton? Two hundred "straight", men, the cream ( !!) of athletic heterosexual manhood, cannot keep up with a little spanish queen? Oh PLEASE, make it so!!! The tour just gets better and better Irishj92007-07-26 06:44:54
  6. MORENI ARRESTED- l'Equipe. col D'Aubisque. - For Cristian Moreni, the respite after the climb of the Aubisque didnt last very long. Found positive on the 11th stage of the Tour, the Italian rider was led away by the police and placed under arrest yesterday, immediately after the stage finish. Irishj92007-07-26 05:33:54
  7. Meanwhile in other news, ( L'Equipe) - Vino has hired Landis' lawyer, who is on the way over from LA to defend him, with an american haemotologist. "He is fully confident that my case will be thrown out" said Vino. " I have lost none of my morale, I will win!" Irishj92007-07-26 05:30:00
  8. Clerc - President of ASO - The games are over! "We knew well that there were many lies surrounding Rasmussen, many areas of shadow. He was caught out by reality. He lied about his preparation. In a period of crisis, cycling cannot have as a leader, who also is the Yellow Jersey in the Tour, somebody who is not a shining example. Once his lies were verified, his team made a good decision. I believe what has happened on this tour is enormously important, the world of cycling is learning that the games are over. This time we are serious." Irishj92007-07-26 04:53:55
  9. What happened lol In JUNE IN THE DOLOMITES Davide Cassani, former professional and now a consultant to RAI, confirms that Rasmussen was not in Mexico in June. " You said the other day on RAI, that you had seen Rasmussen training in the Dolomites?" "Certainly. It was during the stage to Tignes - July 15th. I said I saw him training in June, in the rain, in the Dolomites. It was about the middle of June, the 13th or 14th, I dont remember exactly. I said it on air to wake people up, to try to portray a sympathetic image of the rider who is so under fire. I wanted to show a rounded picture, that in some aspects he is a model professional. You repeated this story on Danish TV and on the German channel ZDF? This morning a Danish colleague wished to interview me. He heard my story on RAI and wanted to confirm it. After that, my telephone hasnt stopped ringing. That simple statement seems to have started so much action. What are your thoughts now? If my testimony has this importance, it is because it perhaps contradicts certain statements by Rasmussen, I dont know too much about that, whatever he told his manager Thoe de Rooy. If that is the case, some people are using my testimony to chase him off the Tour, or from Rabobank, and that places me in a very difficult situation, at the centre of a conflict, and in a very delicate position. I am concerned that I have created a ( bad) situation.......... Irishj92007-07-26 05:15:23
  10. Translation: "...Rabobank surrendered last night, in the hours following his sickening "triumph" on the summit of the Aubisque, to the pressure of the Tour Organisers, who could no longer allow this pseudo-champion to proceed in Yellow to the Champs Elysees, dragging in his wake so many lies and suspicions. ... A podium shared, on Sunday, by Contador, Evans and Leipheimer doesnt inspire any of us. But, above all that, in delisting in the last couple of days its supposed hero Vinokourov, and the current dominator of the race Rasmussen, has the Tour finally taken the upper hand?" 11. THROWN OUT!
  12. Wasnt it only yesterday when Phil and Paul were comparing his lovely pedalling style to that other great doper .....LA? Can disqualification be far behind? The curse of the Yellow Jersey strikes again! HAHAHA and I thought the TDF would be boring this year!!! Irishj92007-07-25 17:42:05
  13. Couldnt happen to a freakier chicken! Glad I'm alive to see it!. Cant wait for l'Equipe to pluck him bare, feather by feather tomorrow, in detail.
  14. HEHE L'Equipe will be FANTASTIC tomorrow morning Ill keep you posted
  15. No, not about Jesus, you know that already! Petachhi has just been cleared of doping in the Giro. Apparently he took 5 inhalations of his antihistamine one day, instead of the reccommended three. So his Salbutemol count was over the limit. Thats what his lawyer said and the court believed it. ( L'Equipe) So thats ok then! HEHE Hey, I did TRY to cheer you up Irishj92007-07-25 03:29:55
  16. L'equipe reports the second sample also tested positive. Minor blood components are shown to be those of a donor, and not his own. The same offence as Tyler Hamilton. Above photo ( from L'Equipe) shows a police raid on the astana team van last night Vino maintains innocence ( dont they all ?) . He says the blood anomaly may be due to a haematoma on his leg from the crash, and he will consult his own doctors immediately. The radio said he may have had a transfusion from his father. Vino says " in that case I can assure you I would have tested positive for vodka only!" Irishj92007-07-25 02:49:27
  17. Who knew???? lol L'equipe July 24th : " What do you think of the accusations of Pat McQuaid, President of the UCI, who seems to want to avoid a Vino victory in the Tour, because you "dont look like a credible rider" VINO : If McQuaid is ill ( mentally!) thats none of my business. He tried to pass me off as a trickster because I was honest about my collaboration with Michele ferrari. No matter what we say, we (riders) are treated like brainless animals. I am not a criminal, I am simply trying to continue my training in the best possible conditions. Nobody wants to hear what I said, which is that Ferrari was only my physical trainer. What can I do if others want to remain deaf? ================================================= Isnt it time we asked McQuaid's views on Rasmussen? Irishj92007-07-24 13:54:44
  18. OMG! L'equipe will be dancing on his grave tomorrow..very sad...... Irishj92007-07-24 13:46:41
  19. Perhaps his mind is not the problem?. Perhaps its the speed at which Boonen hits the finishing line....clocked at 69kph today
  20. If he had held the bike in a straight line, he might have won
  21. No need. I will supply hunters updates free God, its hard at the back! How does Boonen push 53*12 at 60kph? Isnt it amazing that Kelly won a zillion stages of this thing? etc etc
  22. Did Rasmussen dope? - all the signs are yes Do we want another disgraced Tour winner --- No! Irishj92007-07-20 06:58:39
  23. According to L'equipe he wont sign the new anti doping acreement which all riders were asked to sign before starting the TdF. it apparently 'invades his privacy" His refusal to sign invades my belief that he is clean. he deserves all he gets.
  24. Its sad to see anyone hurt in a bike crash, but it has to be said, Kloden has always been a follower instead of an attacker. If I was his team manager I would have given him a major kick up the cockyx a Loooong time ago!
