    2014 Masters Worlds

That was for XCO and DHI, 2014 is XCM (Marathon) Champs. Cycling SA have sent out an e-mail about qualifying. So far it's Sabie and Karkloof that are qualifying races.

    2014 Masters Worlds

You mean, who is going to try qualify?
  3. Ok here she is finally "restored". A little retro a little modern. Pity I couldn't get the 9 speed cassette to fit the Shamals it came with.
  4. Yes it is a large. I live in a brick house, somewhere.
  5. Chinese or Taiwanese not sure.
  6. The Incredible Sulk...
  7. PM Manbearpig, he does that route almost every day.
  8. Haven't ridden either, but what about the Scott Genius 29er? I would just guess it would be a bit cheaper.
  9. Why not? As a youngster I smoked some weed and ate like a champion, these days no weed but still eat like a champion. People change a little.
  10.
  11. On a golf tour in Ireland, Tiger Woods drives his Volvo into a petrol station in a reamote part of the Irish countryside. The attendant at the pump greets him in a typical Irish manner completely unaware of who the golfing pro is. -"Top of the mornin' to yer, sir" says the attendant Tiger nods a quick hello and bends forward to pick up the nozzle. As he does so, two peggs fall out of his shirt pocket onto the ground. -"What are dey den, son?" asks the attendant. -"They're called peggs" replies Woods. -"Well, what on de good earth are dey for?" inquires the Irishman. -"They're for resting my balls on when I'm driving", Woods says. -"Feckin Jeysus", says the Irishman, "Dem boys at Volvo tink of everything!"
  12. Do you guys also wait behind all the cars at a red light?
  13. The Cannondale on the seat post tube is the wrong way round. The C should be at the top not near the BB.
  14. So today was Turn on Day. OMG it is the most strange sensation EVER. It sounds like aliens talking to me. It is really going to take some time getting used to this and to get the correct mapping. I have not been for a ride with it on but plan to try it tomorrow. I still have to keep the HR down, so have been getting in some great base miles. Cheers
  15. Sweet, first session on the IDT, 1hr 15min. I have to keep the HR below 70% as the Doc doesn't want to much pressure in the ear to cause bleeding. That was the BEST IDT session ever. Could have carried on forever.
  16. I am 186cm, my saddle height is 76cm (Middle BB to top of saddle). I ride a 57cm Sampre. Got a ergo fitment done and fits perfectly. I could have gone with a 59cm, but I prefer smaller bike for handling and resale.
  17. How much you wanna spend?
  18. Here you go special child...... http://www.ironman703.co.za/information/records-results
  19. Here is a team owned by another Motorsport Great, Ben Spies. Not same level but still great. http://elbowzracing.com/
  20. So been less than a week, and I'm REALLY missing the bike. The op went ok, it is more sore than expected but they had to "drill" away more bone than thought and also had to cut some muscle away. All in all, it's getting better day by day. Next appointment is on Wednesday and I'll see what the Doc says with regards to getting back on the IDT.
  21. Just goes to show. Scott is the Fastest MTB Bike in the world....... DT Swiss is the Fastest MTB Fork in the world....... Sidi are the Fastest MTB Shoes in the world..... DT Swiss are the Fastest MTB wheels in the world..... Assos is the fastest MTB kit in the world...... Sponsor is the fastest MTB supplement in the world...... SRAM is the fastest MTB groupset in the world..... Dugast Tubular are the fastest MTB tyres in the world...... And last but not least..... 27.5" wheels are the fastest MTB size wheel in the world..... And Nino just had to hang on.
  22. Maybe one day the Spur School series will bare fruit.
  23. Also in Europe, Cycling is a religion. Would love to see the Bokke play the Swiss. We have a "different" culture.
  24. DT Swiss 240 hubs. Pillar Spokes and Nipples, nice variety off colours. And either Magic or ZTR rims. Also you need to state your weight as some wheels are just not build for larger people.
