Monday is a very small group, Tuesday - Friday there are quiet a few groups. There are various loops they take. Haven't been up there much myself lately due to no road bike and the cold (yes I know, have got the kit but after 6 years of winter training, I'm training indoors this year). When is warms up a bit we going to be doing SnT on Wednesday and Friday's.

Took it "easy" but think if I went harder maybe I wouldn't have finished. Loved it, hated it and finished it. Very hard but enjoyable course. Would love to try it in the dry. The downhill to the 50/70k split was the dogs dangley bits.
