  1. I’ve been doing a lot of stretching and mobility training.. working out my hips and all the knots and tightness of my hamstrings and glutes and lower back.. man it’s making such a difference but also sometimes feels like I’m causing harm.. I feel good and then something hurts and then I work that out.. I think I’m making progress to a healthy body.. I can touch my toes.!! 🥳🥳.. but I wake up sore man. 😭 my actual cycling has taken a bit of a back seat.. the goal is to get healthy over all so it must be done..
  2. Agree here.. too many changes are going to hurt you.. I compared geometries and bought a carbon bike that’s geometry was so similar we set the new bike up almost identically as my previous bike.. it actually ended up shortening my reach a bit.. so that was a win but now only 6 months later I am tweaking that position eve so slightly.. dropped my stem down a space and put my saddle up 3mm(felt like my heel was dropping through the bottom of my pedal stroke, and a little tilt to give my junk some more relief.. will ride like this till the end of the year with no further adjustments.. unless it causes harm somehow 🤷🏼‍♂️🤣
  3. Compare the frame geometries.. unless the geometries are the same the setup will be different and uncomfortable..
  4. I’ve visited Ruan for a bike fit there before and I’m not far from it.. if you don’t come right send me the order details and I’ll go cause a ruckus for you.. 😉👍🏻
  5. Your bikes are cool, just a full service with new cables will have them running as good as new🤷🏼‍♂️.. assuming no other parts are worn but spend the money replacing them if they are.👍🏻 look up how to measure your sit bone and do that to know which saddle to look at.. that’s a good upgrade for comfort.. throw some cash at a goood bib short.. comfort is fun and fast.. could upgrade your shoes and pedal system to spd one day if you get serious enough.. pedals are something that’s lifespan can carry a few bikes you will upgrade to one day.. the day will come, and on that day, you will upgrade to a whole new fancier bike as upgrading little bits to these bikes makes no sense if it’s not transferable to the new bike, that you will buy.. saddle, pedals, etc enjoy the ride.! It’s traumatic to say the least but we love it.. 😳🤣🤣🤣
  6. Read the first line and hit like.! 🤣🤣 no need to continue reading 🤘🏻☠️👍🏻
  7. By clicking on what you thought was a link was actually an invitation.. What you’ve actually done is granted access to your network for a foreign device.. that device can now take a look around and grab whatever info they want from whatever device is on your network.. simple python code will pretty much just systematically search and download your files to its own server to be reviewed and used later.. and onto the next sucker..
  8. its this really.! Trek Discount Sales on new bikes are huge and screw resale value badly..
  9. Bet you the wife’s riding there with her head down thinking “this **** again.?🙄”
  10. Perfect example of why you don’t take a red light for granted.. green filter lights are a thing.. 😰😳 Can get hurt or worse so easily
  11. They both very good.. just find squirt works for me and my cleaning routine a little bit better..
  12. Only difference now is I use Squirt.. easier to clean off than Smoove..
  13. The car didn’t exist.? The registration was actually your own cars registration.? It was all a dream.? It was aliens.? It was Mel Gibson.? M. Knight Shamanananaa shouts cut from the top of a tree.? I’m proper shook 🤣🤣
  14. Fake bank notes.? It’s gotta be something.?! 🤯
  15. The hours dont actually bother me.. lots will be new and looking to buy something and maybe make an account and make contact when they find it.. however, with everything else you saying it stinks real bad🤣
