  1. then your answer is FLASHPOINT! also made by zipp, or the new SRAM 80mm wheels(also priced very well)
  2. Very! But they empty your bank account just as fast!!!
  3. zipp 1080 rear wilt a 808 up front
  4. Christoph what do you recomend?
  5. White Juicy Ultimates and those white AC wheels would round it off.
  6. these are the BOM! use them under my shinpads for hockey, keeps your legs fresh, and helps me to play for 70mins non stop
  7. now you can buy my Sram x.9 jockey and shifters and updrade the rest of your dale. nice bike! are those the juicy 3's?
  8. maybe have a complete bike for you, like mine but with XTR, mavic SLR, and juicy ULTIMATES. pm me if you are interested..
  9. 928SL Buy the TCR in the clasifieds and I will trade you... I am 1.81m
  10. Barends run Parralel with the ground(makes climbing and standing MUCH easier). The stem, barends and h/bar was a testrun(whant to send it to cycleart to to a giant/sram theme). As for the shoes... THEY'RE NOT made for walking! it's the road shoe with walking tread glued to it.(not carbon inserts but a FULL CARBON SOLE, EISH) Cages is R120 from rapid sport and comes with a metal plate (so you dont brake the carbon plate thingy witch stops the bottle). Gripshifts and der. cost me R1700 BRAND NEW. no calves2009-07-16 04:05:10
  11. 10.32kg My first atempt ended up in Classifieds What you think? no calves2009-07-16 03:53:35
  12. he can ditch the TT helmet! The nose will do the job. I bet he doesn't have to warm up with those plugs with the( to open your breathing) like miss. ARMSTRONG, his nostrill holes are big enough.
  13. the jump is ok it is the landing that hurts... never riding jumps again
  14. Old sid W/C BUT, the carbon crown is not standard, it should be an alu blue crown. no calves2009-07-13 11:38:59

  17. the rim is alot liek the flashpoint's who is also made by zipp
  18. dont think they in SA yeat. they very well prised in the States. performance is alot like a HED.
  19. Drop 5x 1cm spacers and flip the stem. would add up to almost that
  20. next thing VERYMARK will post a Slowcooker
  21. ok to stop all the questions. the TOP mix is X-0 R. der. X-9 F. der. X-0 Gripshifts and.... wait for it... XTR cranks. it is not what I ride but what I researched. Sram is MUCH cheaper than XTR. R980 for the top casette compared to R1550 for a XTR. Sram's 1:1 is silky smooth in mud. Sram X-0 is more hardwearing than XTR (I personally rode X-9. Just fitted my X-0 Gripshifts and waiting for my X-0 Jochey from CRC. I am using a stylo witch I rate as almost "XTR" so where is the NIOR's competition then?) P.S. would you rather ride Brakes from SRAM or Brakes from a company who makes fishing stuff
  22. so hy gaan in my boetie se voedspore volg? 11j Karoo To Coast. 15j Transbaviaans...
  23. best place to start is after a ride through half a teaspoon of monohydrate creatine in your recovery shake. oja pushups and situps bud. it will cut jour body but wont let you pick up 50kg in muscle so you cant pedal.
  24. RS still has about 5mm to 10mm "bounce" when locked. fox is locked sollid. the "bounce" is to protect the internals when you hit a bump. I've ridden both so DONT ARGUE
