resin is your dry pad but lack in mud, metal is exelent in mut but noisy and a bit underpower in dry but they do last longer(not that resin dont last long) p.s. you can write a resin pad off in 1 very wet and muddy ride

change your pads. metal(winter, wet weather) squeels when they get dust on them, so change to resin(shimano) or organic(avid) pads

uhmmmm, sram dont give any sh*t in mud.... and in wat working condition was your bike beforehand? if it was in TOP WORKING ORDER they only problem you would have is mud orientated: chainsuch, sram shift quite good in mud
