What none of these articles ever say is the after sales swop-out terms and speed. I believe the warranty for Momsen is 2 years whereas bigger brands like Giant offer lifetime. P.S Mate of mine had a damaged Santa Cruz Tallboy, after nearly a year of waiting for the new frame he decided to take up road riding. I snapped my Anthem frame and it was replaced in 2 weeks.

Howsit Hubbers I have a hardtail GT with 2x10 XTR groupset. I have the constant problem of the chain coming off the front chain rings when I go over any bumps which is not ideal for mountain biking. I had to stop and reset my chain 5 times during the Magalies Monster. Its a pain and stops all momentum. Anything I can do?

Does anyone know if the monster contributes to SA Seeding

Been riding with Rudy's for a while, they mist up badly when its rainy and overcast. Oakleys look really good but never tried them. Honestly I am using a pair of photochromatic safety glasses which cost a fraction of the price but are actually much better than the big brand products. Nice thing is you can buy a few pairs. Brand is called MSA

Saw the Bontragers mentioned above at cyclelab. They are really nice seem strong and will probably last a while. The expensive model with the full carbon sole are drool worthy

Just FYI if you can ride like those guys in the video get the Epic. I reckon the Giant Anthem 27.5 with 11 speed would be a great bike for your purpose.

Got my entry and it was my third lottery attempt. I almost missed it as I was waiting for an email to arrive. If you enter the lottery next year check the site constantly for details.

Does anyone know how cradle got cycle lanes done. I think that is the answer - 4 designated cycling areas (north, south, east and west) per city where there are large cycle lanes and heavy fines for motorists who digress.

I am an avid mountain biker and often ride on the road. Just this weekend there were to instances of cyclists riding side by side stopping cars from passing. I even saw a group of riders at a traffic circle coming along the wrong side of the road. We need to point the finger at ourselves aswell not just motorists

Howit all, just to let you know that I went for the Giant Anthem. I even went for the XTR upgrade with decent wheels. I think it's gonna be wicked. Thanks for all the feedback. I will post the pics when it is ready

Sorry Covie, I did try searching for Scott Spark Expert and there were only elite topics. Had both bikes weighed now and the Giant came in at 11.96kg and the Scott (Carbon) came in at 11.92kg Seems like the Giant is the better bike overall for such a small weight difference. Thanks all for the help

Hi Wendell, Is that nursery the entrance to the Thaba Trails? I can get there earlier in the afternoon. I am very keen for Sat rides from October as I will be oversees from the 16th till the 3rd. Cheers Russ
