also going for a sub 3 hour this year, did a 3:27 from Group X

Hey hubberssssss'sssss''ssssss sorry for the repetition but its tooooooo cooooolddddd so i am the lucky owner of a new set of ZIPP 404 Firecrest clinchers :) awesome set of wheels...... loving them just wish the freewheel body was a little louder !! a friend of mine rides for Qhebeka and his ZIPP's freewheel body is much louder, i hear it a lot because he does not need to pedal much to stick with me hahahahaha any hubber know what freewheel body i could use?

Hey hubbers, so i bought a set of these http://www.firstascent.co.za/web/product-details.php?prodid=1159&catid=246&level=3 not too happy with them, they did help in the cold but they have left some "burnt" brown marks on my white Sidi's looks like they burnt with the friction of the cover rubbing on my shoe weird hey !

Hey hubbers, did a quick but very cold 60km on Sat morning around Kliprivier, i quickly realized i need to upgrade my winter gear! what brands do you recommend??

thanks Blokman, my mate and i were out there early and saw the 2 small groups, on our way back on the road to "Eye of Africa", we were unsure where to go so we turned around and headed back to Lido area when we saw the groups, my mate was not feeling up to joining the group, i will definitely be joining the group next weekend !
