  3. i am checking on my polar, on the one ride, looks like a comaro ride + Pieter Ackroyd climbs, its 1.4km long and you ascend 118m in that distance does that make sense?

  5. yup i have done it a few times, followed by the climbs up oakdene... i do it but i am very slow lol, tuk-tuk-tuk hahahahah there is a guy who battles comaro all the time... he has a red bianchi, is that perhaps you ??

Hi Dracs, i feel pretty strong after the craddle rides, i have not only done 65 odd km's because i am tired, but its more an issue with time as i need to get home, i unfortunately do not have the luxury of having a whole saturday morning to cycle i do believe i have what it takes to push through the 100km i would love to break 4 hours :)

  15. thank you , i did 77km this past sat, but i messed my timer/watch so i am not sure of the time but was going at about the same pace, i turned back to redo some of the hills, its become habit now, i love that climb from the traffic circle to the T-junction
  16. hey hubbers, question for the experienced hubbers in prepation for my first 94.7 ( i am a virgin hahahahahahaa), last week i did 67km in 2h33 at the Craddle. in the experts opinion am i doing ok? i am hoping for a sub 4h30 97.7 thanks !!

Hey All, i have never done the Suikerbos route and was wondering if anyone is going to be riding out there this saturday?? i am obviously a little worried about not knowing the route, i am so used to riding at the craddle which i have done the past 3 weeks, but i heard the Suikerbos route is better prepation for the 94.7

  19. hey Hubbers, i am doing the 94,7 Road race this year for the first time and i am looking forward to it i see on the website that there are still 25KM MTB race entries still available..... is it advisable to do both ??
