  1. I almost bought one from CRC a few weeks back but then I saw they were more expensive and local prices. Talking about a XT Cassette. You should maybe first check with a few LBS.
  2. It is expensive, I usually taek the Nr 11 on the menu, it's a Regular Popcorn and Regular Coke Lite and it comes to R32-50 I think. We use to buy sweets and Coke at PnP and bring it in. But ja, the movies are so cheap we just buy the snacks at the Cinima now..
  3. I'd have to say this is your best work yet Ronelle, Job Well Done!@!!!
  4. It's got no V-brake bosses, you can keep it:-P
  5. Sweet, we might be going to the movies tonight and I don't want to worry about the fat content and I really don't want to start taking my home made popcorn along!:-/
  6. No... wish I did get one with my steak. I think they should list just how many Calories / Fat is in everything on the Menu. IF www.kauai.co.za/ is doing it, so why can't other places?
  7. Thx for that Dirtbreath. Don?t you think it?ll be prudent if Ster- Kinecor would indicate the nutritional info on the side of the Popcorn Box Holders?? Then we?d know exactly what?s what?? Is there not a law that states we?d need to this info when buying a item from a shop?<?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> MW, I know you are a Fat burner, can you remember what I was?!?! soooo shurrrup!!

  9. cr@zy!!!
  10. He only said the following: "Every 40 litters of popcorn contains 184.61ml of fresh palm oil that is free of trans fatty acids." But I always thought they popped it and then shipped it to Ster- Kinecor, but thinking about it now it don't make sence. Wonder if the Stuff members at Ster Kinecor messure the oil they throw into the popcorn...
  11. yeah, I pop mine in the Microwave at home and it taste like Cardboard, nothing like what we get from Ster- Kinecor...starting to think there might be more oil in these again....
  12. yeah, I had a 2week break from cycling and the killo's kept pilling on, started to think it might be all the movies and Popcorn :-P
  13. I got one a few weeks ago, I love mine. No probelms so far. I have the MRD version, you get 5clicks, I just use the 1st 3 really, 1 one is very bouncy, 2de is what I rid ein 80% of the time and the 3de is close to lock out when powering up hills. Only k@k is going to come in if I need to have this puppy serviced. Apparnetly not going to be cheap?

  16. Onetime, daai is American stats, ek soek SA stats Ek Ster Kinecor gemail en hulle het hul suppliers gemail. Volgens Andreas Oostenhuizen die General Manager van Catering before dit die volgende: Every 40 litters of popcorn contains 184.61ml of fresh palm oil that is free of trans fatty acids. Maar dit help my nie juis nie, ek wil weet hoeveel is daar in n Regular boksie?
  17. Hi, I read some shocking articals on the fat content served in American Theaters. a Large box of Popcorn could contain the same amount of fat as 3-5 MaC Donalds BigMax Cheesburgers. It's not good, so I thought I'd try and found out how much the Popcorn at Ster Kinekor contain. Does any one have a idea?
