On Sunday, i will probably go for a short ride with my GF to get her back on the bike... She hasn't touched it since august... So will have to pass for Sunday S2L.. And besides, i might be in a wheelchair by Sunday.. LOL
Yep, i am game... I reckon between 1 and 2 will be a good time... I stay in Northriding... so will be a quick ride to leslie... all depends on the weather aswell...

At the risk of sounding like a bleeding heart drama queen - why is everyone so angry these days? A car hoots at a cyclist and a barrage of swearing and middle fingers ensues. Same thing the other way around - tell a car they're a bit close and you get abused like you're a lepper... Is it stress? Is it the economic slow down? How can it be that a cyclist and driver argue and it ends with someone losing a leg? Bizarre and frightening... Yeah.. i agree.. everyone is so angry and stressed these days... not good for anyone on the road.. whether in a car or on a bike...
But i guess you may gain in the rolling resistance aspect and cornering, but possibly lose when it comes to puncture resistance... and you would not be paying as much attention as to where you put your wheels when you racing.. you just belt it as fast as possible...
Jeez.. poor kid... Helmet is a must... But ignorance is bliss...now the parents know.. and others who read the article will know better too.... hopefully... Hope he will make a speedy recovery...
