  2. If you start at the car park and follow the single tracks. You will get to a jeep track. (I think it is after the 4th single track). Old route R and Up. New L and down, about 30m after you went down you will get single track on your R. Thy have marked. Hope this helps and it is the link you are looking for.

  13. I have damaged my bare ends wit my crash on Saturday and I am in need of getting new ones. I don't know what to get. I would like to get some opinions of what other riders are using. I currently use Raleigh's that look like these. Thy are ok but was thing of trying something new.
  14. Thanks, The shoulder is not to bad just stiff, but will see what the Physio has to say. I could not see any damage to bike (apart from scratches and cracked helmet) but will have it checked out before I ride it again.
  15. I can still understand not stopping when you are racing in the top bunch. But not when out on a training ride....

  17. I just want to say thanks to the 2 Roadies that came past me on Saturday morning on Main Botha Avenue. Thanks for NOT stopping and thanks for NOT asking if I was ok!!!!!! I know that a training ride is more important that someone lying on the ground with a dislocated shoulder but you could at least have asked if I was ok.
