  8. Spent the weekend in Johannesburg. Saturday morning I had to ride behing a group of cyclists for about 200m while they chattted and rode in the middle of the road. Saturday afternoon I slowed down to pass another group of riders and two of the guys swerved in front of my car without looking! People?are?going?to?die?if they?don't take the?roads seriously.

  10. Thanks, it is the rear and not the chain that is banging. I actually changed for a short to a long cage. This could explain it. Gonna try that skrew.

  12. HELP! Just replaced the derailleur on my mtb. It is rattling and hitting my frame when I go over uneven terrain. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
  13. you can manipulate your height and drop rate with the use of your brakes. the spinning of the front and rear wheels are the key.
  14. I agree. Have had no problems with Kenda and sealant. I don't use stan's anymore, now use a cheaper, latex-based truck tyre sealant.
  15. Remove your rear deraileur. Zip tie the cable in place. Shorten your chain to fit.
  16. I had the same problem. Take boiling water and pour it on the cranck. This works a treat. I always put a drop of teflon on the thread when I screw a peddle into the crank. This makes it easier to remove.
