  2. You are spot on sammajoor. I spotted it in the border between Mongena and Ditholo Airbase. I am still on a high. The rhinos and hippo that we spotted after that just did not cut it!
  3. I saw a Leopard on this mornings cycle! I was about 4m ahead of me when I came out of a dry river bed. It was an old male busy marking it's territory. AMAZING

De Rust Caravan Park - http://derustcaravanpark.co.za/ (NO kids allowed) Voted in the top ten best campsites in SA. Borders the Pienaars river. Mangena Lodge - http://www.mongena.co.za/ Amazing lodge with the best game drive in the area. Xombana Loft and camping - http://xombana.homestead.com/ Cheap camping and loft options. Directions: Take the N1 North, Take the Hammanskraal/Boekenhoutskloof offramp (40km N of Pta) Go back over the highway and keep left on the Rust de Winter Rd. Turn right into Kwalata Game Ranch (6km from the highway) Follow signs to main camp. Time: You people need to give me a time. Lets be realistic here guys. Distance: Will do a 20km loop and then head for breakfast. After breakfast will head back past the vehicles. Those who would like to cycle further will continue with the guides. Sound good?   16. The gap jump next to the office blocks is murder. The lip has crumbled and is just bloody dangerous. I had to bail while in the air. Was about to try it again when I noticed that it did not have enough lip to be cleared. They should maybe close that one and repair it.

  18. it was a great idea and should be supported better next time. I have been to the bike testing in vegas and it is VERY well supported. popped around yesterday to check out the 24 hr setup and was not very impressed by the public turnout.

  21. Rode the park this morning. It is very well done. Some teething problems. It is pretty melow. I would personally like to see some more technical/gnarly sections. Worth the R50 and well done to the constructors

  24. use the cheap cables and housing and just keep them lubed and clean. go do a R300 bike mech course at singletrack bike shop and start servicing your own bike. it is a lot of fun and very rewarding
  25. Not sure but do wish that I could spend that kinda money on a whole bike.
