  1. 10 out of 10 historians disagree with this statement!
  2. How to prove you're not on drugs - go on a suicide break on a stage with not one but two HC climbs!!!! He has proven to us that by riding really, really, really hard that he is not on drugs. Case closed.
  3. I thought we downgraded him from dick to naughty boy yesterday. Now he is a twat. No wonder people are having gender identity issues...
  4. You have to service a Spesh? I want my money back!!!! Edit: And speak to the manager....
  5. BRAIN dude BRAIN - no need to lock out anything. Soon there will be an BRAINeBike from Spesh that you don't have to pedal at all. You just dial in the speed you want to go and the bike does the rest.
  6. We all rode 48t big rings in the 90s! Look at the size of that thing ????
  7. I know it isn't Friday yet but I saw this pic and thought "this should be good for 4,500 pages of knob wanding on thehub".
  8. Tough decision trying to get enough time on Uran for the TT but save enough energy to attack Vingegaard second place...desperation certainly makes for flexible morals!
  9. Speculation and opinion is all we have ???? This whole Tour has been amazing. I'm loving it. It is also cool having an adopted Danish hero to support. Having a resurgent Maincheese to support is also cool.
  10. That doesn't make sense. If getting time on Uran was his goal he would have made more time by working with Pog and Ving. His attack 1,500m from the end is in the Grey area between trying to get time on Pog/Ving and winning the stage. I'm happy to downgrade my dick comment to "Carapaz you're a naughty boy" ????
  11. I'm still amazed by how the Danes get to be so good at climbing (and produce so many Pro Tour riders). Vingegaard was born on a tiny island with a population of 500,000 people and is like 70km across. The highest point in Denmark is just over 120m!
  12. Carapaz making time on Uran was putting him into a podium position. Expecting the people ahead of him on GC to drag him onto that podium position is a dick move in my opinion. Earn your podium - don't play possum. You can call it tactics I guees but you can bet he won't get another free ride.
  13. And we probably wouldn't have seen it if Roglic hadn't crashed. Luck of the draw sometimes!
  14. Yes?
  15. Justice is served! So close Jonas!
  16. Gaudu has really come good in the last week or so. Quietly gaining time on the others..... Carapaz you're a dick.
  17. He could do it but it would lose him a lot of friends (and the corresponding support) in the peleton if he does. I reckon he is cooked though.
  18. Gooooo Vingegaard! And Maincheese!
  19. It would be a bit of a dick move considering Pogacar asked him to come through and he refused.
  20. Report the rating to Admin. The rules are you can only rate someone is a deal is concluded. They can remove it.
  21. One of the best XCM bikes I have ever ridden. Amazing bike!
  22. Adn away we go - how long before Woods, Poels, Quintana and WvA are in the break????
  23. Speaking of entourages - was that Gary Blem I saw giving Froome a new wheel on the last stage?
  24. Hands up everyone who has forced a potential buyer to sign a contract without seeing the goods and then successfully dragged then through the courts without wasting 100 hours of their life after the buyer reneged on the deal.
  25. Exactly this. Even when an "agreement" has been reached the buyer can still pitch up and not conclude the deal - if the seller has turned away cash in (almost) hand then he's knackered. Nothing is ever binary in the second hand market - I react differently to different approaches - friendly interested buyers get tons of time and info - rude tyre kickers are likely to get far less time and info. I have had everything from guys putting the full amount in my bank account and waiting patiently until it clears then getting me to ship the bike to them without ever seeing it in the flesh (total trust) to some twat that hammered me on price claiming poverty and asking me to deliver (claiming more poverty and a rough life) only for me to pitch up at a rather larney looking company where he told me he only had 75% of the amount we had already agreed on and if I didn't like the new deal then I was free to leave with the wheels (total bellend move). I reckon over 90% of my buying and selling happened with satisfactory outcomes for both parties. This isn't really a biggie in my opinion. The only thing that is useful is good communication. That way everyone knows where they stand and nobody needs to start threads about how hard buying is.
