Well its for a mate and he is looking at either the Merida 96 3500 ALu Scott spark (not sure which one) or this Yeti Frame Will be used for marathon and xc type riding, how comfortable is this frame ? See it did get award of some sort on there website

Anybody riding or know of somebody riding one of these that can give me advice on it ?

Both of us never had the rolls at the end but have been ill since sat, so my bet is on the water or mud !

Does a 29'er climb better than standard MTB ? Those on one 29'er have caught my eye and im looking for a hardtail so why not just go to a 29'er ?

Im terrible with names but thanks to they guys i rode with on sat morning from procycles, the legs could feel that i havent been on the bike in 3 months towards the end. Was good to be out again though

Ok so its been 9 weeks since surgery, time to dust this baby off and go for a ride i think !

A friend from schools car was hit but a tyre on the highway near PPC a couple years back. He almost never made it and is now a liitle brain damaged

Ill be back at least once a weekend to ride with the guys in the South, probably alternate and come back one weekend for MTB and then one for Road. Will miss the Circus coffee and muffins to much

Hey Bigben I had a neck fusion done a while back so havent been allowed to ride, 4 more weeks and i should be good to go. As you gathered im moving to Benoni but still work in mondeor so will be at rietvlei some evenings to ride a bit to avoid some of the tarffic and also for the night races

I ride both but prefer mountain, been spoilt living in the south with miles of off road to ride. Not your strongest rider but i can keep a good pace once i get fit again

I have just got back from the Neuro, i already new the disc was out between the C5 -6 as i had MRI done in April. On that occasion we went the conservative route and let time try heal, it appears not to have worked as i am suffering again. Neuro says that if it was purely pain he wouldnt worry about it but because i have loss of power in my arm aswell as numbness in my fingers and its pushing against my spinal cord he suggests that i have it sorted out with surgery this time. So i think im going to find another neuro and go for second opionion, only problem is these okes are booked for weeks and i cant handle pain much longer.
