These bikes are really great .. I am having a hard time parting with this frame. It climbs well it handels downhills like no other HT. It soaks up 5m gap jumps it takes drops . What ever you throw at it . It eat it up. Decided to ramp up travel with 20mm and just increase sag to keep it more plush upfront but try and keep geometry more or less the same Will ride it till it dies . Which I think will never happen

Well i will be selling frame and fork and getting something more in line . Its sad not into the mainstream dual sus scene.but seems its the only option

Hi guys . I want to beef up my momsen str to be more enduro capable. 1) i want to add more tavel from 120 to maybe 140 or 150 mm with more sag. Just to make it more sensitive and able to take some of the abuse. I am just afraid that the 69 degree head angle wont be able to handel the longer travel. 2) i would also like to uograde the rims from 23mm rims to 30 mm rims. I am just not sure of it will fit in the frame even with the dropouts all the way to the back. Would really appreciate it if anyone can give some advice or info on what is possible on this bike

Give rhollof an try its an smal bottel but jou apply one drop to a link .I find it holds me at least 4 rides (avg 50km ride) but it doesn't make your chain as dirty as chainL . I used finish line but didn't work for me .. If you can find it pay the R90 for it . I think it would solve all you problems

That crazy ever considering the titan .. The carbon they use . Is not nearly as good as the trek !! and if I am correct trek has life time warranty ??or is it only on the road frames ??

Knee pain is cleat setup that can be wrong . Or your seat post length it to short .. You can do you setup yourself . Or let someone do it for you .

You can get the scott scale 29 expert for 19 k @ our LBS in potch .. That leaves you with 6k for upgrades
