I've got one of these - they are awesome!

Cadence has a separate Caffeine tablet (Espresso Caps) so the idea I gather is to just take those along with your energy drink if you want the additional caffeine kick.

I've used the Classic Energy and was very happy with it, although I found it far too sweet when mixed as directed. There was a lightly / unflavoured range planned if I'm not mistaken, wonder what the progress on that is?

My local Dischem (JHB/Clearwater) had stock yesterday. Not sure if they are just selling out existing stock which will eventually run out? I can understand that the staff weren't able to properly advise on the product but then again I'd probably never trust the Dischem staff in the supplement aisle to advise on anything to be honest.

Shoooweee... Just spent more than a week reading this thread from the start... what will I do with my life now that I'm at the end!? Just over a week of LCHF after reading Tim Noake's Real Meal Revoluton. So far the most welcome surprise is that the lack of hunger is not an exaggeration. I'm just amazed at how relatively easy it's been to avoid the things I've always had a problem with. I've managed to leave a McFlurry in the freezer for over a week - no mean feat for me!
