  1. Corima Full Carbon Tubeless Road Wheels are R24 304 (incl Vat) *this includes wheel bags, Huchinson Fusion II tires, tubeless valves, wheel spacers and spoke tools. If you interested, PM me and we can talk.
  2. Here is what we have to offer the market from Corima. They have been making full carbon clinchers since the 1980's, and have been around for decades so no wonder they are pioneering the way forward with Tubeless Road Wheels. These are full cabron tubeless deep-section road wheels, and have come out after the first attempts from other brands. They come with second generation Huchinson Fusion II Tyres.
  3. Well spotted But do you mean 'anachronism' maybe? ? ? Can't anybody on this forum schpell properly? Are you all pisched? It's still Monday here... man this weeks gonna drag
  4. Well spotted But do you mean 'anachronism' maybe?
  5. No. Unless... 1. You are a social cyclist who often goes out on a training ride with a back-up vehicle 2. You want to gain those 100'ths of a second in the odd race you do each year 3. You can afford to spend R800 each time you puncture Clinchers are practical, and they really will not hold many cyclists in the world back on performance when compared to tubular. Tubular wheels are on avg. lighter than clincher versions, but if you are that social cyclist, i am guessing you can lose the weight elsewhere
  6. Some interesting reading... you decide for yourself. http://www.sheldonbrown.com/frame-materials.html
  7. Very interesting... Thanks Carlo
  8. Not sure, havn't weighed it like that... It's 7.3 in this photo though (different wheels and without the TT bars)
  9. A cheap car, yes... Forget the car though, with the petrol prices, i'm gonna get a scooter mate. RRP for this frame set is R38 257. That is at current ROE. You can also get it with Durace and Corima Aero Deep sections...
  10. These are the tubular version. Full carbon Corima 3 spokes. At the current ROE, a set is R20 516 (RRP). That's R9 733 for the front and R10 783 for the rear. *This includes VAT, wheel bags, etc. May seem expansive, but again, you get what you pay for. And these wheels just keep on giving... There is also a full carbon clincher version.
  11. Raced Open A with the Cycle Lab Guys in the first bit of the year and won a handfull of races. Then backed off to do Epic, but now doing Duathlons for a bit to see if i can make SA Team. I'll get back into the Open A racing later in the year though...
  12. The bike looks alomost as good as it rides... all i need to do now is work on the runnning. These wheels are sick... i cannot tell you how quick they are! What do you think hubbers?
  13. This was a standard BH Global Concept G1. We did a paint job to match the AG2R Team BH G4 they are riding this year. Thanks Cliff! I have had custom custom one done in red, for a customer a few weeks ago. Pic will follow soon.
  14. Give me a shout and we can get you on one of these machines...
  15. ? It's alot of wheel. ? ? It is. And it is a lot cheaper than some standard deep section wheel sets on the market today. The RRP above is for the set of course.
  16. After a little wait, they are finally available in South Africa. These are The First Full Carbon Tubeless Road Wheel in the World. These are very exciting, as these wheels were last in SA at the 94.7 Expo last year for their local launch. Contrary to what was said on Super Cycling this week, these are the other brand of Tubeless Road Wheels in the market today. They come in the familiar Aero+ design, which gives them a 45mm full carbon deep section and carbon hubs. RRP stands at R24 304 This includes protection wheel bags, quick release skewers and Fusion II Tubeless Tyres. PM for more info.
