Hi guys, thanks for the great response..I cant really see the PM messages as Im using tapatalk but left my email above... willing to go where ever in Joburg that is safe.. Im quite new to riding and don’t get that much time but even if I just get to ride with you guys once a month it would be awesome ! Currently I do afternoon rides in the roads and pavements around my house 8 to 15 km a shot and try to once or twice a week cycle to work from randburg to Sandton.. then once very second week or so I go to a track/trail and do 10 to 15 km… added the twitter guys .

I use a iphone app that alerts you on noise and mutes out audio and plays the noise via your earphones 2.99 on appstore..

What do you guys listen to when cycling? I am a hard rock fan and enjoy the rock but recently starting adding new songs to my MTB playlist. Dont see spacers on top of stem, i have remove the topcap, and the two side bolts, but if i make the stem any tallet i cant tighten it again as the bolts dont reach and the stem stays loose.
