Sorry for late response.... Hectic 2 weeks at work I do semi road during week and try go to botanic gardens etc on weekends Average speed 12 to 14 KM ph according to endomondo Do between 5 to 10 KM weekdays and about 15 to 20 weekends but willing to go more
