Well i can easily do 20 km at the moment... But that is offroad and at a pace of about 14 kmph. What exactly is intervals?

With 94.7 just gone i now have a year to train and enter my 1st 94.7. Got my self a garmin forerunner 405 to track my speed and distance and heart rate and registered on fit track and garmin connect. Where to from here? oh and i am cycling with a hardtail silverback saturn Also use endomondo

I find the same... I am subscribed to cycling and bike via zinio and read in my ipad. Much cheaper that way. Reality is that most info and articles and pics are on the web long before the mag comes out...

Any advice on a backpack that is comfortable and big enough for my work clothes for when i cycle to work? Currently i have to bring my clothes to work the day before..

Got two questions for you guys, 1 at what point is riding in the heat dangerous? How long for how hot? 2 how do i keep my water and game cold? I have a bottle bracket with normal plastic adidas bottle and also have a camel back

Was very keen on the spark 30 but after looking at the spark 60 dont think i need anything else... I do fun rides , ride to work sometimes and might he doing the odd race.. Might be doing more races later

What really is the difference in terms of riding etc between the alloy that you get in the scott spark 60 and the carboun like the you get in the spark 30? What shops are the best in terms of price and service? I would prefer one where I can sub,it a onlinje query and just get response via email and then go into more detail via phone. Im in Randburg but dont mind dealing with a reliable shop that will post the bike Looking for prices on 2011 and 2012 models where applicable on Scott Genius 20, 30 , 40 Spark 30, 35, 40 My shop of choice is Linden cycles however they are about 5000 more expensive on the Spark 30 than other quote if gotten?

Im going to cpt next month via plane and want to take my mtb along. What should i know and how do i pack it? Note i do not own or plan to buy and specialised carry bag. Can i just put it in a normal box?

Im looking at a Scott for my next MTB in the next month or 2. Currently I have a Silverback Saturn which I bought as a starter to see im I enjoy the sport and now wanting to go tubless and get new parts I would rather buy a better bike. Problem is I dont know scott models and classes I see they have Racing, Trail, All Mountain, Free Ride, Downhill, Dirt Presume I would look at the Racing, Trail, All Mountain ? Looking for a nice bike to do some trails, do some MTB tracks, ride to work and maybe some competitions a little later.
