    Most of them are heavy and guys use way too much brake on them. Its damaging to the single tracks. Ban the out of the forest and the real single tracks. There plenty open gravel roads to ride for them

    Hi fellow riders. Who's riding and whats your aim. Im still deciding if it will be my green Mamba or not..im currently abroad so no trianing for the last 80 days. Last time i rode it i was in much better shape. Maybe just maybe i will ride it to just finish it. Its my 5th so i really wana tick it off.     Can i brag a bit. Ben one of my litter becoming Kusa champion. A huge a rewarding step for me as a breeder... then he hurt he's toe a few before the biggest show in SA and he could complete due to a operation on his foot. Go my Ben..maybe 2017 you will be champ in SA

    to prove herself on this is purely up to her. But what i can say about Yolande de Villiers is that she is one of the nicest pro's i have ever met. Always time for other racers and kids. She has 3 daughters. .can see why she would ever want to disappointment them. Then while we on the topic. Cycling unions or whatever they want to call themselfs must grow some balls..this 2 year or 11 month bans ect is bull****. Dopers should be banned for life.
