  1. Well, it is innocent until proven guilty, is it not? So could we perhaps view things in that approach? IF he is found guilty, then we can continue with acting as if he is guilty, but for now we can't be certain about anything.
  2. Surely by imposing these sanctions the repercussions of misery and humiliation brought upon him and millions of his followers will do more harm than good? I think if you had a personal experience with cancer you would sway your opinion and truly appreciate what he has done. Or have you had such an ordeal?
  3. Well, currently we are scaring away millions of rands of sponsorship because of negative publicity. Yes, we do need to prosecute those who are guilty, but what worth does it have trying to prosecute a guy like Lance? Whose winnings date back 7 years+?
  4. Whistler Bike Park?
  5. In my opinion, why don't we just leave the guy alone? It's in the past, we can't change it and we shouldn't respect his fight with and survival of cancer any less. I mean he's done so much through LIVESTRONG, can't we just respect him for that?
  6. I spend a few days away from society and when I get back, some age-grouper gets banned from triathlon.
  7. Belly-button above the BB, brake as late as possible and grab a crap-load of Shimano Rear Break. Try to slide your back wheel, but if that's not your thing, just avoid too much front-break. Pulling too much of the front break actually makes it harder to turn
  8. Wiggins peaked just at the right time during the Dauphine to be a brilliant Lieutenant for Chris Froome when he peaks in July And RSNT left Chris Horner out of their squad because they claimed he had a back injury. Chris says his back is fine and he found out about his exclusion over the internet (Twitter).
  9. Fellow Hubbers I've planned a trip to the Pyrenees (close to the Col du Tourmalet). I know it's kind of last minute to ask for bike rental, but the man who was supposed to rent bikes to me dropped me at the last minute, in typical French fashion. So, I want to ask you guys if anybody has rented bikes (road/mtb) in the Toulouse, Tarbes, Carcasonne, Lourdes, Lannemezan, Col du Tourmalet, Luz Ardiden or any area relatively close? I desperately need bikes for July and I please ask you guys for suggestions on people to use! We will be staying in Luz-St-Sauveur. Oh, also, if I need to take my own road bike, any tips for traveling/flying with it? Appreciate the help!!!
  10. WWJD? What would Jens do?
  11. @manuelquinziato tweeted earlier: There's a chance that the organizers made a mistake! Not sure@CadelOfficial can ware this jersey!pic.twitter.com/3om9X7dK Somebody messed up somewhere.....
  12. I think we need to ask this question: Was he going backwards while trying to ride Chappies? If so, it would seem to be Andy. If it walks like a duck, looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, chances are.... it's a duck.
  13. Jens has proven science wrong once again. He claims that age is not a problem. Also, there have been rumours going around that Rigoberto Uran (7th at Giro and best young rider) is actually 40 (yes 40!) years old! If so, then he really deserves a prize! Check it out and note Team Sky boss's response: http://cyclismas.com/2012/06/rcs-sport-requests-long-form-birth-certificate-for-rigoberto-uran-uran/
  14. I know Trek gave Jens the bike before the Tour of California. Probably because of extra exposure in the US
  15. Trek recently honoured Jens with a custom 2012 Madone. Have a look... He has also been seen on Mavic's newest lightweight cleat-less bike.
  16. After Hesjedal narrowly missed out on the Maglia Rosa on stage 6 (if I'm correct) Cippolini was quoted as saying, "English directeur sportifs are good at everything except being directeur sportifs." I wonder what he said after yesterday...
  17. @Thomo. Ja, it's a large ladies bike with dura ace components and mavic wheels, so it's ideal.
  18. The Scott logo is mostly pink with white, the frame is carbon, with a lot of pink decals. Well, I guess some guys will feel gat if I ride away from them after they've chirped me. A solution would be to get a pink shirt! Thanks Gummibear, I'll have a look
  19. Thanks Gummibear. I didn't buy the bike, but got it as a 'gift'. It's a really nice bike and I don't want to resell it. Jens has ridden a mavic kids bike!
  20. Hey, I am using a road bike and I wish to change the PINK decals on it and I can't be seen racing on a pink bike . It's a Scott bike and does anybody know where to buy different decals, so be it another manufacturer? And also, how do I remove the current decals?
