    I did the last event, overall fairly well organised. don't forget.. no tri-bikes + draft legal I would definitely be racing, if I was not going on holiday !

    FFS ! jeez they are ...ing stuuupid agree on the insurance, long story short, two hfckers tied up my domestic and 18month old daughter and robbed the house about a month ago.. after the call to insurance, I thought I had personally committed the crime !!

    tend to agree with everyone.. you on the right track. don't forget about NUTRITION it is the most critical point, it will make or break your race. also your mental strength will play a big part (if you can get through the training you ready to race)

    I have to agree , bike leg was awesome. the N17 is a peach to cycle on well done to the organisers and municipality for sorting out the circus of last year, they obviously serious about keeping the event in Germiston.
