I'm in for the 70km will checking the legs.Can do a fast 40km will see how it goes on the 70km.JCZA will see you there

Where and how do I train for that first down hill on the 40km.That was scary

Nice race climbs was ok but hated the desents.Had a couple of wrong turn had to go back but still a good race.Nice to meet a lot of hubbers
