Not sure of renting of bikes but cycling around PE is pretty safe - you can do a long ride to Van Stadens mouth and back around Marine Drive which will give you a good 130km or even take the old Van Stadens Pass Rd to Jeffreys Bay and back which will also give you a very decent ride. Try get in touch with Fabes - he does road and tri and I am sure would be happy to show you some rides!

A lot of men do have periods... of stupidity - but that there is a topic for another day!! ;-) Still it intrigues me, the phrase - you get on a podium, a bicylce, a horse and perhaps even someone's nerves but how do you get on a period??
