  1. To make sure u don't pay next time before flying make sure you get confirmation from the airline customer service counter re bike flying and believe me u won't have to pay 4 ur bike I tried it and it works as 1 time and SAA desk confirmed with SAA though they said if u fly with express you will pay for the bike. Must agree airlines can be full of **** depending on the person doin ur check in

  3. I concur that's the easy way out of doing wrong to say Hey mr customer you know what we'll give u a discount just take the faulty stuff and go. Bad ASG bad ASG or should I rather say clever ASG clever. They still gain all the way nothing to loose. If your club can live with the error then cool for them. ASG knows from a customer's point of view to get a "discount" from their mistake the customer would gladly accept then to pay the full amount come on you just playing a good game by accepting the goods at a discounted price it's like buying a chinarello. doing graphic design myself, you give the customer a sample to approve before you go ahead with job, didn't you get a sample? Maybe you should post us a pic of your erroneous shirt just a question. ASG suckered you big time

  6. For what its worth, The unfortunate part of all this is love them or hate them we all need them, Yes I also had my fairshare of LBS that made me to shop at Action Cycles. Would go there again, From all bikeshops I contacted AC and Cyclefactory were able to give me a very good price on a bike and believe me I contacted quite a few. Not even my hometown bikeshops could give me better prices or even try. Big up to Garth and his team will soon be buying a bike for my wife with AC

Totally agree on this one I also tried contacting Raleigh UK but no response as yet, Maybe Grant can give some prices on the bikes I'm interested in the roadies from what I saw on the UK site they look awesome.
