I have only ever had good service from Pyga. Replacement parts are readily available and reasonably priced. Patrick and his team are great and continually go the extra mile. Welcome to the Pyga family.

Last time I bought from Jenson USA they used DHL Express, took around three working days to arrive at my door, so the first week in Feb is doable. Email them and find out how they intend shipping to SA. If the are using DHL Express get in contact with them as soon as you have the waybill number so that they can sort out the import paperwork beforehand and you can pay the VAT and fee to expedite delivery.

I recently ordered a Garmin Edge 1000 from Evans, the processing was quick and efficient. I paid on Thursday and the item was delivered using DHL Express on Tuesday. Shipping was free. Check out there shipping policy on bulky items as I don't think there is free delivery.

Yip you only need to smash your head once to realize the importance of wearing a helmet. Hopefully it won't be a lesson learnt too late. There should be no compromise when it gets to safety.

It also didn't put me off when I bought mine, Patrick is genuine and I believe he will stand behind the Pyga Brand. Even the most expensive cars have manufacturing defects. T

It's worth what someone will pay for it. Half the value when new is a reasonable starting point for a bike a few years old with normal wear and tear. +10% if the bike is in pristine/new condition. -10% if it needs some maintenance. The hype around cracked OneTen frames is going to affect what someone is willing to pay.

I'm running M8000 1 x 11 XT, 30T upfront and 11-46 cassette. I only use the 46 on long steep climbs. I like the 1 x 11 more than the 2 x 10 I had before.

I've ordered twice from Evobikes and both times it's been flawless. Overnight from Cape Town to Durban, quicker than most of the LBS. Well done to Naas and his team.

I recently chatted to Patric about this and he told me that he is aware of a batch of Oneten frames that were poorly welded where these frames are cracking. He assured me that if I am the owner of one of these frames and my frame cracks, Pyga will replace my frame without hesitation. Patrick is a good person and he is always willing to go the extra mile for people who support his brand. Get hold of Patrick, he is usually in the Howick Shop, believe me he is passionate about his brand and I believe he'll go out of his way to resolve any negativity surrounding the Pyga brand.

I Paid 10k for my OneTen frame in mint condition a few months back. I guess I was lucky.

Lexx is one of the wise men. I bought some 2nd hand motorcycle parts on ebay and it took me forever to retrospectively sort out the paperwork with ITAC. The items were impounded by Customs on arrival and I was in deep sh!t for importing without paperwork. T

I'm on a large Oneten, 182cm tall, 50mm stem with 800mm bars. I prefer the more upright position and I don't find the reach too short. T

There is a simple workaround. Email CRC with your order and ask them to create a Paypal invoice, pay via PayPal and your SRAM order will be on its way to SA. Change your country on their site to any country in the EU so you can browse SRAM or Garmin. Use the price you see in £|€ less around 10% to work out the price in R Worked on the RockShox forks I ordered. T

Final build, well maybe I'll still go 1x11...

I just received a set of Spank Oozy rims and Hope Pro 4 hubs for da Pyga. Once I've had the wheelset built I'll post pictures, man those Hope hubs are a work of art. Magic Mary up front and Nobby Nic on the rear. T
