  4. after my wife's bike stolen got stolen from my garage I lock them all now with a proper bicycle cable chain. It seems like a bicycle is the first and only thing they steel if they have a quick chance to take something.

  12. Hi. I'm planning on buying the Scott Comp 29er. I'm upgrading from my Silverback Alpine 26er. The guy from City Cycles showed me that I should get a medium frame. My silverback's got a large frame. I'm about 1.84m and my weight is 93kg. The guy showed me the 7 finger rule to adjust your sadle height. Is this correct? What size frames to you guys ride with?

  18. Me and my wife would like to form or join a cycling group in the Bothasig/Richwood area. We ride MTB'S. I consider myself fairly fit and can take on long distances but my wife needs some more training. Our average distance we do is 30-40km on weekends. Anybody who wants to join can email me at fmulder25@gmail.com
  19. I'm doing my 5th argus now on a MTB. MY current 26er has the same gear ratio as a road bike and I did it with slicks. I'm upgrading to a 29er at the end of the month with the standard gear ratio. MTB - MUCHbetterON THE BUM
  20. I'm planning on bying the new Scott scale comp 29er at the end of the month. It seems like a really good bike for a budget price at only R7999. I'm upgrading from my old SilverBack entry level ( < R3500) bike. I'm concidering the full suspension but I prefer a hard tail since I'm not planning on doing multiple backflips in the air. What do you guys think?
