  1. I am about to bring in a new range from Italy from a company that specialises in manufacturing lightweight bike accessories expecially for MTB and including things like fixed gear hub kits, titanium seatposts, titanium quick releases, even carbon wheels too obviously. What are your guys opinions especially with regard to titanium accessories and parts? The range is of a very high quality and precision. I will be bringing in some samples shortly. What new parts would you like to see on the market here?

  2. A big day for me today. Turning 38 today and realizing I have been smoking over a period of 20 years! (17 in total). That is more than 1/2 of my life.

Also promised my wife many years ago that I will quit if we were to have a baby and now our firstborn is due start August. No way I will be a smoker dad! Gotta quit now! No more ex-boody-cuses!

Well done to all who quit since this tread started.

Just over 3 months for me, did the Allen Carr seminar which I thought would be a gimmick but it actually makes sense becaus its about the psychology of stopping. Forget patches and drugs and hypnosis or even cutting down, set a goal date and stop from then. A few days of hell and you'll be on your way. I'm the same age as you nearly and also smoked half my life away, glad to be rid of it and putting away the money I was spending on cigarettes away and taking a holiday at the end of the year. Nothing wrong with a bit of incentive too. Good luck

  3. First check bike setup and saddle figment as mentioned above. From my experience a harder saddle, once you get used to it, is way better. The less contact, the less friction and less chance you'll be walking like John Wayne the next day.

There is only one of each. Pics above are of exact frames, groupsets obviously may vary from pic obviously.

Please don't hesitate to contact me with any queries, full specs are also available on the website: www.ciclimoser.com

I have brought in three 666's already and its what I ride too so if you want to get an idea of the quality you are more than welcome to see mine.

All bikes are brand new and carry warranties accordingly.

Constructive feedback is most welcome. These bikes are being offered to all the agents in their respective countries, so first come, first served.

I may be able to reduce the prices slightly if we order more than one because of transport costs.

You can call me on my cell if you need: 082 8998 304

  5. In terms of which is better I suppose it depends how you define better and what you expect from the trainer? Some trainers are noisier than others and I dont know the Elite range myself, i use the cycleops super magneto pro which I'm verry happy with. I would check one out locally first before I bought offline. Also work out exactly what it will cost you to land the trainer here after VAT, duties etc. although trainers are duty free if I'm not mistaken. A lot of the guys here use CRC without any issues, you can search for their name and plenty threads will pop up. I did notice that they've exaggerated the suggested retail prices of some of the trainers, some of them you will get cheaper here. Some local agents won't honor warranties of goods ordered from CRC, apparently the Tacx agents are one. So basically just know what you're ordering and how much it will cost you before you order and weigh up if it's really worth it. Indoor training can be boring as hell so don't go spend a fortune till you've tried one out. In term of accessories you should use a hr monitor and whatever entertainment possible I suppose. Good luck!

  6.

but when you accommodate customers and give them service so bright it shines you get **** attitudes and the you know i dont listen to you because i pay your salary snot!and not even a thanks ****!

so if customers maby look at the way they speak to "servants" maby we would have decent service as customers.

Don't know which customers you've been serving...

  7. Managers are there to set an example to staff and solve problems, doesn't sound like he did either. If they don't want cyclists or bicycles in their restaurant then they should rather say so, instead of taking their money and giving attitude in return. Whatever happened to accommodating your customers? Instead we have to beg people for decent service these days.
