  6. hi guys the cops were there within ten minutes took statements and pictures then the Chubb security guard arrived and said he saw two guys running out of the area but when he gave chase they ducked under the railway bridge at the top of the area i am looking to move abroad soon to pursue my professional cycling career so that will be happening soon i live in esther park ext 1 which is very close to the gautrain happenings but dont think its one of those builders it is one of the builders from next door that has been watching our house for some time now and yes i am lucky they were not armed but if i do catch them they are dead because nobody messes with my bike and scratches it either about the big hungry dog i have a husky but with him being only 4 months old he has not moved out of the bathroom yet and is still in the cute hungry stage not the aggressive stage my other dog is a sausage dog so all bark and no bite unfortunately kharma takes a while but in my heart i know that these people will never live a proper life and one day when they get caught they will realise that it is all thier fault and they cant blame anybody i just hope that day is soon for them!!!!
  7. ok SO you all read my post on me crashing yesterday on the way home from work but seeing as though people think they are really special i am now sitting awake thanks to Two Little F#$kers who broke into my house they wedged open the door in my diningroom and proceeded to start taking my tools and my bike with them and seeing as though my room is right by the dining room i was looking down at the clown with a floor pump in my hand when he realised he was in K@K he then used the security gate to his advantage and ran away when i tried to give chase i tried to open my front door and they had put various stuff that was in my garden up against the door so we couldnt get out to catch them i am very pissed off now because they almost got my bike and they are so lucky i didnt wake up a few seconds earlier or else there would have been 1 X Black gentleman with brains all over my dining room this is not the first time things like this have happened we have had builders in the area for the past year or so and since they have been here there has been nothing but K@K in our area

  15. Good evening everyone just thought i would let you know that the tar in kempton park is freaking sore when hit at speed i was cruising away from the festival mall where i work and as i looked to the right to check for on coming traffic i went into the corner of the slipway too hard and my rear wheel slid out from underneath me so it is my first official summer crash anmd hopefully i have no more the worst part about it is my brand new Club kit that was imported is now trashed my Louis garneu custom mouldable shoes are scuffed on the left side my STI is also scratched and my look keo carbon pedal is now worn down so my cleat is exposed at the bottom will post pictures of the roasties down my left side first thing in the morning when i get back to work thank goodness i was goping slowly (between 20and30) around the corner or else i would have slid in front of a huge big truck!!!!!!
  16. nope my teacher in that regard was someone that works at cycle lab that people were all complimenting the other day namely Richard lee
  17. hahahahahahahahahaha swiss do you want me to answer that (my sister is studying to become an engleesh teacher) and what i meant by that is your basic motor skills require the use of the ball of your foot and when i was in grade one i sure remember the teacher doing stretches and stuff with us so that we learent the different parts of our bodies
  18. ? These things are worth worrying about if you have a problem with your feet' date=' then you need to have a method to try and find?a position which is comfortable and provides an effective pedaling platform. ? No need to measure anything in mm's or degrees, my suggestions are just a starting point and the correct position is what works for you. ? You'd be suprised how many people dont know how to find the ball of their foot or think that both feet have to be in the same position. ? ? ? ?[/quote'] thats where float comes into play as explained in your first post (toe in and out) and yes the correct position comes over time and you cant just go ahead and change them from one extreme to the next as many individuals do so very often and if someone does not know how to find ball of thier foot is they needed to listen more when they were in grade one (no offence meant to anyone at all)
  19. not offended you were just very vague and i got frustrated get the frame and make it look bling you will have an awesome machine if you add some nice extra's if you have change!!!!!!
  20. if it is the 08 lanza then it will work with your components and if it's a decent price i would take it here is the link you should have posted http://orbea2008.ironfly.com/fly.aspx?mid=a400&layout=viewproduct&taxid=548
  21. Off the website: Do you remember how much fun it was the first time you rode a mountain bike? Capture that feeling again. The larger wheels on a 29er bring a whole new element to your ride while the 7005 series Lanza aluminum frame helps you power through field and forest. Better climbing, excellent power transfer and precision handling are the hallmarks of the Orbea Lanza 29. With three frame sizes available for 2009, Lanza 29 will fit a broader range of riders than ever before. The Lanza 29 Team is equipped with Shimano?s updated XT drivetrain and wheels to make this aluminum rocket a blast for riders of any age. Spano what i read here and what i said is not opinion based it is factual this frame needs 29"wheels and your chain cables and wheels and fork will definitely not work unless you going to purchase all of these Bigger as in 29" specific do a search on google on 29ers or 29" bikes it will explain everything you need to know
