  1. You didn't list triathlete's as a percentage - that would be sure to make us roadies look a little better
  2. Very nice - happy miles on your Ogre
  3. Geez...that IS impressive!
  4. Now THAT is the way to start a Monday morning! Enjoy DT...
  5. Downside is not being as adjustable as a stem and bars as two items, but upside is looks (imo) and it's a stiffer bar for sprints than a bar and stem as two items.
  6. That's just wrong...I'd also like to have 6 bikes!
  7. Check that your spoke magnet it within the range it should be. I have found when cleaning my wheels, the magnet may move slightly and then on the next ride, my speed reads pretty much what you're saying. I would check this first, then have the battery checked.
  8. I personaly see a sidewall cut as 'game over' for a tire, even more so if it's a serious cut. If I were you, I would replace it.
  9. Never heard of this bike before...but that looks NICE!
  10. ...and the worst is that it sounds like you're not able to take the bike out for it's first ride with the new rings this morning Hope your wife gets her license this morning!
  11. The current 404's take a 61802 bearing. In 2009, the 404's will have 61803 bearings.
  12. I agree Spinnekop...something's off. Think the colours should have been layered differently or something. As you say...something doesn't look right.
  13. OK, but what do you do with the "original" if using the fake? Or do you just instantly gain the respect of the rest of the peloton?
  14. Has it just been a long day...or does that chain look like it has its fair share of rust on it?
  15. Holy smokes jpdub...that's one sweet looking bike!! Looks like a Pinarello frame...yip, add that to my list
  16. I agree...good luck when claiming from Santam! Now with Allsure (Mutual & Federal) & payout in 4 days when I had a claim. Covered for training, racing, theft, etc.
  17. People will respond with their personal favorites. Speaking of which, mine is Zipp. They are very aero, more than proven in all the pro races and very light. Doesn't matter which of the three you end up going with, your bike will feel like a brand new machine! Enjoy them when you get around to riding them!Voigt2008-11-17 06:52:16
  18. VERY nice wisecrack! No doubt you will enjoy them! I like it that you put a towl on the brick so as to not scratch your pedal
  19. Don't think Doom is going to kill that freakin' thing...they will have to get out the baseball bat to kill that thing...YIKES!!!
  20. I say more Sloggi ads...WAY more!!
  21. Both do look great, but from personal experience I can say it's Zipp...no contest. Also, Zipp has a "No Fault Crash Replacement Program", which I don't think Easton has. So, should the worst happen, Zipp will back you up in getting you onto a new set of Zipp's.Voigt2008-10-02 10:31:31
  22. I used a Trek Carbon (OCLV) bike for lots of indoor training and never had any problems. Suppose we feel sorry for our carbon beauties, which makes us worry, but I recon these frames are very strong.

Worldwide release is October, but you might find that only a couple of groupsets hit SA and will be snapped up pretty fast (like what happened with the SRAM Red sets). So, put in an oder with your LBS so you're on the list
