Hi guys I am damian's brother. I was with him when he got smashed into. Thanks to all for giving this issue a loud voice. Only we as cyclists can Bring about change. I believe that the driver who hit my brother is back on the roads- scary. That's the problem with our law, the culprits are not brought into account for their actions. The reserve also needs to have a proper emergency first aid kit(or a few located along the route) plus staff should have basic CPR knowledge. The place markets itself as a venue for cyclists and runners but does nothing in terms of accident management. If anyone had any incidents at SBR with other cars please let me know- the authorities must be brought to book. Ride strong!

talk about wasted advertising in a recession. i tried to get one for my brothers birthday (as he kept on using my rack!) - bosal themselves do no know what i am speaking about. go to love the service levels..no wonder thule is killing the market with an overpriced product...its the only brand that you see in shops come on local manufacturers..lets get organised.

i have used CRC many times and find that it is usually quicker (and cheaper) to order from them then to wait for your LBS to source the stuff. i bought wheels, shoes, groupsets etc. The packaging is great and for once you get wheels in a original packaging! would think twice of ordering electronic stuff from Uk as chances of warranty claims and hassle are higher. If certain stock is out - then this can delay the delivery - but i find that if i call them they usually cancel the item and reverse the money automatically into my account. Local guys have much to learn..

18 = hardtail 81 = full suss

305 has the edge as the screen can be customized and you can view exactly what matters to you in terms of training. polar has better battery life but screen is small. if only the 305 doubled up as an Ipod!
