Heard about that......kidney issue in a beeeeeeg way apparently.

This is my question, why they hell did they test the oke at the Epic that only made cutoff by like 5 minutes. And does this mean, I (non licensed rider, riding for fun normally come in around 3 last) need to check everything my doc gives me when I knie acts up etc because I might be test at Sani 2 C when we "Racing" to make cut-off?

I did not know about that part about signing in and accepting testing..... I am not disputing the outcome, I am merely saying that when I read this report they dont seem very weel written. Not to the point.....they mention the "atlete was under the impression ....." But then the reort never clarifies if they believed the athlete or not. I also used that case to point out the spelling and grammer is worse than mine......... I never said SAIDS is wrong etc, just asked if it is only me that thinks the reports are not done as professionally as one would expect :-)

How can someone take part in a championship event (when you have to be part of a club to get a licsense) and not be part of a club? Also there are 2 documents for her case

Not sayin that at all just aksing a few q's 1. Why are they testing non licensed rider with full time jobs? 2. Can they not write a more profession report? 3. On some of those cases they dont seem to agreed if the person is guilty or not but still gives 4 year ban etc.

SAIDS cries they dont have enough money to test the pro's then they waste money on 15th and and someone who finshed an Epic stage with like 2 minutes to cut off?

Another case, why would someone who does not have a racing license and comes in 15th be tested or am I missing something? Edit: Grammer

Reading some these doping cases, is it just me that think they are not professionally written? Like this? See pic 1 And the fact that there were spelling mistakes? AND how can someone end up at a track Championships meeting, without being part of a club? When reading this case, I have no idea how they decided on the suspension as they were split and sort of agree that she did not know about Doping violations etc or did i miss something? Reading more and more of these, they dont look well written or consistant ? Edit :Spelling

been look at the SAIDS site and clicked on the TUE link and who needs etc, then noticed this. Athletes who compete in the elite category at the senior national championship events (includes road, track, mountain bike and BMX championships). Additional events include athletes entered in the elite category of the Cape Epic, Joberg2C, Sani2C, Cape Pioneer, Nissan Trailseeker and National Mountain Bike series Can someone explain this....the way I understand is that only ELITE catogory will be tested at these events. So way was (Baaicyclist i think) tested at the Epic?

Not really, it is about how little I care ATM about what Lance and "any other suspended rider outside this country" does.

It is the same thing, but since we are not USA we are more worried / opinionated about what is going on on home soil. Would you have seen this as competing if he won? Edit: Personally I COMPETE in every ride I do....mostly with my own HR / PR but I do. :-) Another point, wonder what Santa Cruz HO will say if they heard that indirectly they are putting a suspended rider on a bike for ride/race that is televised???

I dont think anyone is imposing anything on someone else. Like you said, we can think what we want and most people here "think" it was a box move on KE part to ride a race/funride etc. Then they say how THEY feel about what he should be doing. Edit I can expect / think / feel someone should do something but now way can I tell you or FORCE you to do it.
