My dad is indeed wonderful... He is just not the kind of guy to zap when you in the wrong... He is ex Rhodesian SAS, so he knows how to handle himself. We were cheering him on by the way...

Talking about the middle finger....When I was growing up a cyclist threw my dad a middle finger. The cyclist was totally in the wrong, having inexplicably veered into the road infront of my dad's car. So obviously my dad hooted at him. The cyclist then proceeded to zap my old man... Big mistake....my old man jumped out of the car and grabbed the cyclist before beating 7 colours of crap out of the cyclist...I think the cyclist was ok though even though his face would never look the same again... Moral of the story...Think before you zap someone...you dont know the background of the person in the car...

I would like to build one...but I am to busy right now....Maybe when I retire, but by then who want to be an old geyser with no hair cruising the streets.... Thats just sad....

I travel the same road. I am sure you are talking about bowling avenue just before the crossing over the N1? I dont think its the pointsmans fault, as I recall the backup carries on past him over the N1. I think the jam is caused by the traffic lights between bowling and witkoppen. But i might be wrong, so will check when I travel there again....

Lycra seems to treat everyone the same in terms of showing off what you have...So I dont see any point in hiding behind baggie shorts. Unless you go by the nickname "The Mule" (Like I do ), then it might make things stand out... I dont see what the issue is....

I started taking them about 15 years ago, and I haven't had flu ever since....before that got it every year...
