  3. Hi there Huber’s On my girls bikes , I replaced the crappy grip shifters to the sram xo grip shifters. This made a world of a difference for them.
  4. These are just two of my Giants. The first is my 2001 tcr aluminium bike The second is my 2007 tcr carbon bike
  5. Rode the BL bunch today and really enjoyed it. The group rode well with quite a few guys taking turns and working together. Pace was constant but no serious attempts at breakaways. Held on in the front until the last 15km and then got dropped. Pace just too highfor me..... A good day out.
  6. Been a while since I last posted here. My twins have grown up a bit so recently we took their new bike for a test ride at Rosemary hill. Great day out...they love this place
  7. HATS OFF TO YOU DEEP SECTION ....for doing what you love. Your creations and attention to detail, is awesome. Would love to have one in my small collection of bikes.
  8. Rode off from the CL bunch. As Geomark stated earlier a lot of surges and then bringing every one back, but the group rode well. Tempo was kept high and the group eventually spat me out as we crossed over the highway. All my matches were used up .... It was a hard lonely ride back to the finish. All in all, my best R4S so far ,until next year.
  9. That explains why racetec guys were taking photos of the cyclists crossing the line ,from the back.... Was a tough ride today , did a lot of solo riding from E group but glad that i got to the end.....barely . Those last 7km were killing the legs.
  10. I for one have always enjoyed riding this race, so if the organizers can make 2 races in a year happen you'll have my support 110%. This way ill be able to ride one for myself and the other with my kids..... Big up to you and the team G
  11. a BIG THANKS to all involved in the Sabie race. Weather was awesome , mist and all. As usual watering holes were well stocked. The guys/gals manning them were all willing to help us strugglers that were dragging our bikes up the hills. Had a great day out enjoying the pain that that route dished out. Had a lot of fun and a few laughs on the single track. Bring on next year.....
  12. still riding my giant anthem 26" and enjoying every minute......
  13. My Giant 26er is still going strong and she serves me well every time with a smile
