Weird how some guys also battled to keep things in. I always ride with 32gi I just couldn't stomach it. Only thing I could keep down was water. Obviously that made me flat, had a couple of Rehidrate but puked around 10-15 times. First time this has ever happened to me, I made no changes to my drinks. I can see I'm not the only one that battled with this, would be Interesting to know why this happens and how to avoid it. Managed to keep a coffee and Jaffe down at cp7 and saw me to the end.
