A friend and I did the circuit 2 years back. Parked at a friend just after op-die-berg the Friday afternoon, and rode to citrusdal. Stayed in cheap accommodation. What we did is order food from spar in advance, including wood and braaied the evening. Day 2 rode to oasis. They have TP huts so no need to camp and the restaurant is open till late. Day 3 rode back to op-die-berg. Was a lekker trip, Day 2 was hard, but beers are rewarding!

Did the 60 and made it, but my legs had no energy. My question to you is, how can there be guys starting in the b and c groups of the 60 and then push up the botmaskop climb?

Don't know if I'm wrong, but why don't Erick Kleinhans rather ride with James than with Nico Bell at the Epic? Looks to me like James is a stronger rider although he focuses on XCO?

Climb the hills as an interval. And try and do a hill as many time as can before she gets to the top.
