    Sorry to say, but this 2nd test has been an embarrassment. Looks like a couple of school teams with no self control. Rabada, as good as he is, he is not doing himself any favours..

    The only losers in this whole saga are their 2 kids. Reading how your mom "pomp" someone in a toilet . That sucks big time. And I also read, that 3 hours after the incident, or before she was in another club kissing and dancing with some other guy as well.

    Did the Uniwisp 50km last week. Next is Loskop Ultra. Will be racing it and hopefully get a PB. Then just another long run Beginning of May. And a couple of 45km runs. And that's it.

    So the past weekend was the Uniwisp 50km race. It wasn't to flat as my total accent was just over 500m. My plan was to just do a slow LSD run and get time on my legs. But I felt pretty strong and thought I'm just going to keep a constant pace and see where my fitness and stamina is atm. I didnt push to hard and felt in control the whole race, that's until we hit that Sh@t hill around mbombela stadium again. That slowed me down alot. But I still Managed a 03:55, which i'm pretty happy about. The only part I didnt like was those Chrome trucks that comes flying past you on the road. Sometimes even on the yellow line.

    Is anybody else doing the Uniwisp Fast 5in1 this weekend? I'm in for the 50km. Just using/seeing it as a normal weekend training run.

    That is super fast.... Im still pissed using a coach since Nov 2016,and I haven't progressed a single bit, as a matter of fact, I think I got one PB under him. Which is terrible. So a friend suggested I join her at this guy that is training them. And I've only been with them for almost 2 weeks, but I can feel the difference immediately. Much more structured training I am used to. Which is a good thing. Hopefully that will transpire into a better Comrades time than last year...
