    I am so dissapointed. Was feeling super good and my splits was on par. But then I started having issues with my blood sugar lvl. Was feeling Sh@t. I had go and ask people for some food justvto get my bloodbsugar up again. But hey, thats Comrades. Lol. Sometimes its your day, and sometimes not.

    Feeling much better thanks Stretch. Did a couple of runs along the beachfront and feel 100%.

    Don't worry, I have Spondylolisthesis.. Bad gene in my family. My dad have the exact same problem.I had so much pain in my lower while running, and even when I was just walking. That's why I stopped for a long time after my 5th Comrades. I did a lot of core exercises and using OSTEO-EEZE Gold. Since 3 years ago I have no more pain. So there is hope, believe me.

    My Viral infection feels almost totally gone. But I will wait until Monday morning before I start running again.

    I'm also looking for a new series to watch. The only series i'm following atm is Masterchef Aus. I don't believe I have ever seen Gordon Ramsay not swearing when he is running a diner service. Probably because they told him its a family show.

    I bought BF4 on PS4 while it was on a special, but it sucks. I hate it just as much as COD WW2. I am now just playing Wildlands Ghost War. Waiting for RDR2.

    No ways!!. Then its a race between Charne Bosman and Gerda Steyn. But my money is on Charne. She's been there, and know how exactly what it takes to win. Gerda will be a close second.

    Luckily only a viral infection for me. Got an injection and better asthma meds, and I'm good to go. Hopefully my ashtma inhaler is the same one that Chris Froome is using.

    Seeing my Doctor today. Think I have a bad sinus drip. Chest felt so tight yesterday when I did a speed session, and because I have Asthma, it feels 50 times worse. Not the best time to get sick, but hopefully its not that bad. Just dont want any antibiotics.

    So the wife ask me to watch 13 Reasons Why with her. I hate teen movies/series, but to keep the peace in the house and collect some brownie points I agreed. It was a bit of an eye opener in the sense of, what if my kid are bullied,social isolated and traumatised like that. I don't even want to know what parents are going through if their child commits suicide because of bullies like that.

    Just read on News24 that Caroline Wostman withdrew from this years Comrades. No real surprise as she was very quiet this year.

    Watching the Immunity challenge on Masterchef, I got the feeling that this episode was rigged. How can Loki's fish and rice, beat the Top Junior Chef in Australia. They gave him a 10/10 but for her stunning dish that is top quality just a 8/10.
