  1. As someone who is currently in the middle of a move, also delayed due to covid, I would highly recommend using an agent. They are changing the rules ALL the time. You now have to be employed by an accredited employer for example, this was not the case 18 months ago. They are merging certain visa catagories, narrowing the pathways to residency, etc. Just my view on the matter, as someone in the middle of it all.
  2. Some bikes have quirks to checking oil level. The Yamaha TRX needs to get up to temp and then switched off, need to then check the level within like 30secs or the oil flows back to the lower sump. On the Duke 390, you need to give it a vigorous side to side shake for some reason, as verified on MANY forum threads. Depending on how much oil the Hardly takes, a litre seems like a lot!! That would worry me more than the electrical gremlins.
  3. Really like that tool bag......
  4. Posted that the airbag went off when he had the front end wash out into T1. Opened up to be able to breathe. Post was taken down pretty quickly though. Do agree with the BT commentators, should have been black flagged. Imagine a crash............
  5. He just fell earlier than usual this week.......
  6. Tried watching his channel, just annoying IMO.
  7. I don't think it is about being scared, they know the risks and accept them. They lost a member of the paddock, someone they all knew and some knew him very well. Like Jack Miller who was helping him in MotoX training, like Danilo Pettrucci who would have been sharing hospitality with Jason as they were all under the KTM umbrella. I do feel a few riders were "forced" to race due to team pressure, contracts, etc...... FYI, Bagnaia did not want to race and fell on the same corner as the fatal crash.
  8. Anybody that supports those regimes are making hollow statements. It is just virtue signalling.......
  9. Nobody died in Austria though. The track isn't being blamed at all, simply a racing incident. It is more about having that news broken and then expected to race, its heavy regardless of it being "their job".
  10. Funnily enough it seems Mr Henry Cavill (Superman) has already been chosen for a Highlander remake. Coming soon........ Also seems to have the role secured for a He-man movie, the woke will love that....
  11. I also read that, think a suit is good for 2 deployments. That must have been quite a whack though then. Also read a number of riders wanted the race cancelled given the news of Jason's passing. Question is, if it was a MotoGP rider would it have been handled differently? Was the announcement delayed a bit to allow the Moto3 race to start?
  12. Appropriate I say, time to be put out to pasture............
  13. 2017 KTM 390 Duke for sale. Just under 5300km on the clock, and completely standard aside from a tail tidy it seems. All in good order and just did an oil service on it last month, pictures available. 2 helmets to go with it. R57K neg.
  14. Given their history, why not. Rossi did it in his prime......
  15. " Marc Marquez says it is 'admirable' that Valentino Rossi still wants to race in MotoGP, but 'different mentalities' between the sport's biggest stars means the Spaniard will call it a day when victory is no longer possible. " OOF, that must sting........ https://www.crash.net/motogp/news/978896/1/marquez-rossi-and-i-have-different-racing-mentalities
  16. Without seeing more, that looks like it has bottomed out against the radiator or frame, etc. How is the suspension, I know it is a Harley so probably not the greatest at rebound, damping, etc, but is the "bounce" excessive? Perhaps needs a rebuild. Forks straight, wasn't in a front end bump that pushed everything back and caused the damage? You have probably paid by now though, in which case ignore the above......
  17. There was a famous saying by Gary Player I believe: "The more I practice, the luckier I get."
  18. Unfortunately I cannot comment. Aside from checking it for fit and riding it around the block, the bike has been in a box since purchased. It is a long story..........
  19. Was he not the gimp suit guy?
  20. Ignore the pommie commentators though, according to them is was pretty much all about him being on the quicker bike. SO fought for those wins!!!!!
  21. Troy has always been a massive cyclist, he was sponsored by a cycling brand that escapes my mind now. The other avid cyclist is Aleix Espargaro....
  22. He also caught the rain into T3 while most were further around. Perhaps why his "wet" lap was so slow. He stayed up, many others (including his teammate) didn't. He did well for the absolute wreck of a weekend he had. I was pleased with the Tech3 results. Iker getting Mav on the last few turns was brilliant!! I do wish the Michelin wets acted more like wets, and forced a second round of bike swapping. Those wets performed too well on a dry track, would have made for a more interesting end.
  23. And Jack wins, so what do I know. Will see how he goes for the rest of the year but Mugello next so probably a guaranteed Ducati. Glad to see Marc getting more confident, still a way off his best though.
  24. And then he goes and tops FP1, so lets see. Today was supposed to be the dry day of the weekend. I see the Moto3 guys were falling like flies!!!!!
