  1. Any written agreement can be taken to court to put on the record though, then it is seen as legally binding. A schlep but covers you. Congrats, I think, on the divorce. Strange thing to say.........
  2. Out of interest, why stop using crank boots?
  3. For me too.
  4. Amazing the rides a passport can secure. Expect record crowds at Silverstone. Suppose Dorna needs to find the money somehow to foot the SRT 2022 bill with possibly a VR46 team to support too.
  5. Its more for short term stays, so you don't get taxed on return. They can, and usually will, say that you purchased it while abroad and hence need to pay tax on the electronics. We usually stop off at the SARS counter and declare our devices and test equipment when working abroad for this reason.
  6. Criminal Redding to BMW and Bautista to Ducati, in WSBK. Interesting moves.......
  7. Found the right hole eventually it seems....
  8. Just needs Doohan.....
  9. The governments approach has always been to try and get the entire population vaccinated before re-opening. That could take a very long time. Then consider that research seems to show that the vaccine is ineffective against the new Lambda variant from Peru...... After this post I won't comment more on the "C" topic, will derail a good thread unnecessarily. So if it does not do that then why do it. To be responsible? In fact people who have survived pre vaccination infection are dying, not to mention the side effects. I am no anti-vaxxer, have had all the shots needed to travel into deep Africa but the science is sketchy for little to no reward. Read this as a start, have a friend with an uncle perfectly healthy who is suffering: https://www.openaccessjournals.com/articles/are-subdeltoid-bursitis-and-polymyalgia-rheumatica-preferances-of-covid19-vaccine-14563.html
  10. Yeah because the vaccine is so efficient that you can't get it, or transmit it, or die if you got it right................
  11. Those Youtube algorithms at work......
  12. Yeah, my musical chairs analogy is there because when all the music ends, not everyone is happy........
  13. Oh and the biggest loser for sure is McPhee, he will for sure have no ride when Petronas's Moto3 team folds. And his rides this year have not set the world on fire either..... Vierge, they DO NOT NEED more spaniards so he is poked too!!
  14. My hunch is that they want Gerloff in MotoGP, they need an American. Remember Gerloff is signed directly to Yamaha with a clause to go to GP's if a ride is offered. It's like musical chairs...... Remember that with Brad doing well they do not need another South African in GP's. So why not move Darryn to WSBK. Sucks because I think Matthew Scholtz deserves the ride more. So Gerloff to the factory team and keep Morbidelli in SRT but on a factory bike. Remember Morbs has always been signed to SRT, not Yamaha so his deal has been confirmed to be a Yamaha factory bike NOT in the actual factory team. They would have shown him as being moved in the Dorna inforgrams thingie then. The last piece to the puzzle is unfortunately getting a Brit up into the GP class, that's either Dixon or Lowes to the 2nd SRT seat. (Who else, Criminal Redding, Davies, or a BSB rider perhaps, wouldn't mind seeing Bradley Rat tbh) If Dorna is floating SRT for 2022, which looks to be the case, they will have an influence on who goes where and they NEED a Brit in the GP class, not another Saffa. Sorry to say but holding onto Rossi, in a development team, has done more damage than anyone cares to admit. It is a fascinating silly season, big loser is Morbs if he doesn't at least end up on a factory backed bike........
  15. Best to check your vehicles "nose weight" rating too......
  16. "Yes it is, how can I help?" and move on. If it proceeds good, if not, no sweat....
  17. The "HEPA" on these are all marketing. We had a pharmaceutical client buy some of these HEPA filtered vacuums. We added the necessary ports to test them and they leaked like sieves. Such a farce. For your needs, it will be fine, just keep those filters clean as a whistle as the fan specced are generally low pressure ones. The suction quickly disappears when the dust starts flying......
  18. That was such a cop-out when he made those comments. Last week I heard that it may be on again but wait for announcements. In the meantime I see whn they release rider line up's for 2022 the VR46 is completely blank. That tells me the whole team is in doubt. I think Dorna would be more inclined to save/fiund the SRT team than a team for Ducati bikes #5 and 6. Nothing to do with VR himself but you need the satellite Yamaha's. Speaking of which, I see Darryn is testing either a WSBK spec R1 or a M1. Details seem sketchy. Really hope R1. I think pushing him through to GP out of need is not going to end well. Gerloff to SRT and Darryn to replace him in WSBK, IMO, is a good plan......
  19. Worst kept secret ever!!!! What news ever came out about the Saudi sponsorship for VR46? Thought there would have been more news about it this weekend?
  20. Yeah its a disaster, both accusing each other of sabotage basically!!
  21. He just rode the groove he has etched into that track over the last 2 years I imagine. The guys are rusty, give them time. Only FP1....
  22. Announcement was as slow as his race pace. He has done lots for the sport, but stayed too long. Glad he has stepped aside though, not doing so would have screwed Bezzechi big time. Last of the original 4 "aliens" to retire, end of an era.
  23. Saw that too yes, his is at 16h15 and Petronas have also scheduled one at 16h00. Should be interesting, I expect Petronas to announce him leaving, that's pretty obvious, performance clauses, etc. But then will he continue to ride, almost said race there......
  24. Big ACL reconstruction, and seems they are erring on a longer time off so he is fit for next year rather. This year has been dismal. Interesting, also heard yesterday on a podcast that the VR46 team were very close to signing for Suzuki's. Then Brivio left and the whole thing fell flat, seem they wanted the Suzuki's aver any other bikes too. Interested to hear what is the next episode in the Rossi racing/Saudi blood money debacle. Should have more news this weekend.....
